Itinerary

ITINERARY- 4N in island 2N in Ship


DAY 01: Depart from Kochi W.island to Minicoy Island- By Ship
You will depart from Willingdon island kochi after checking in from Lakshadweep Warf . On
boarding the ship you must be aware of the timing and the surrounding of the ship for your
journey. You can occupy your designated seats or cabin and then head out for exploring. Please
be attentive to the announcements to make your journey easier. Please note that there will be
no one guiding you, so please head to the restaurant to have the dinner and breakfast on time.
Overnight stay on the ship.
Dinner cost: INR 60-80 (excluded in package)
Breakfast: INR 50-60 (excluded in package)
DAY 02: Arrival to Minicoy island/ WATER SPORTS & LIGHT HOUSE
Depending on the ETA, announcement for breakfast will be made. Usually you reach the island early
in the morning (If its early then the breakfast will be served when arrive at your stay).
Once you reach our representative will receive you from the jetty and guide you to your stay and
you are requested to report to the police station with your permit and ID card to complete
the arrival formalities accompanied by our representative.

On this day you will be provided with a bicycle so that it is easier for you to explore the island by
your own.

After Breakfast enjoy your day at the beach, and indulge yourself in watersports activities like
Kayaking (Complementary), Banana boat ride (Payable), scuba diving (Payable) etc. You can also
visit and explore KODI, the northern end of the island

DAY 03: Minicoy island- SNORKELING & LEISURE


After breakfast head to the beach, our representative will guide you for snorkeling and get yourself
engaged at the breezy turquoise lagoon. Please be informed that jackets and gears for snorkeling
will be provided.

DAY 04 : Minicoy Island- EXPLORING

After breakfast, you can explore the unexplored, visit the light house, museum, library, northern
part of island, the famous Jahadoni (Race boat), meet and greet the warm hearted locals for an
exchange of heritage and culture.

DAY 05: Departure

Depart from the island at the scheduled ship timing with good memories.

Our representative will assist you with the exit procedure and boarding the ship
(you are requested to report to the police station for the exit formalities)

DAY 06: Kochi


Arrive at Kochi (Willingdon Island). A commute can be arranged as per your requirement at
additional cost.

Please note that your stay can be extended or shortened as per the ship schedule

Documents for permit

1. Adhaar card (soft copy) for INDIAN citizens & passport for foreign citizens
2. Pcc from the police station (soft copy) & Indian tourist visa (for foreign citizens)
3. Passport size picture (soft copy)

Please note that it will take at least 15 days to acquire the permit once it is applied and the
ship tickets will be secured once the schedule is issued to public.

 Foreign nationals must send us the copy of the Id cards and Indian visa copy as they
are bound to take an approval from the administration prior to application of the
permit.

Additional things to be known before traveling to lakshadweep

 Full Board meal includes daily breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at the place you stay or will be
arranged at a diner.
 Alcohol is not allowed in the Lakshadweep islands other than Bangaram Island
 While boarding the ship you are not allowed to carry alcohol or any banned items, as your
trip may get cancelled.
 You may obtain a BSNL network (SIM card) as it is only the network available in the
island.
 You may carry cash around INR 5000/- just in case you need cash. However there are only
two Banks in the Island ( SBI and Syndicate bank), just for your reference.
 There are shops in the island to fulfil your needs; however it may not be like the shops in
mainland. You may ask your guide if you are in need of anything.
 The rates May change according to the terms and conditions of the government rules &
regulations without prior notice.
 Most importantly, for your safety please do not touch or consume anything
unfamiliar to you if you are not guided

 Anything not mentioned under "Inclusions".


 Items of personal nature like Laundry, Porterage, Mineral Water, excess baggage, itinerary
changes etc.
 Any Lunch/ Dinner/ Breakfast/ snacks other than mentioned
 Tipping / Gratitude for pilot/Driver & Guide
 Any changes in the statutory taxes or rates after booking.
 Any water sports activities which in not mentioned in the inclusions.

Terms & Conditions:

 The rates are subject to change in case of any increase or decrease in the flight/ship cost
and government rules and regulations.

 Confirmation of service requires getting a written acceptance of the quotation above based
on the booking procedures, payments mentioned and is subject to availability at the time of
booking.
 The ID must be valid for in the date of travel and a valid permit to visit Lakshadweep.
 There is no early check in and check out as there is no other way than boarding the ship
from the island as per the schedule.
 Tour package rates are not applicable during trade fairs, exhibitions and conventions.
Additional surcharges applicable for the same.
 10% hike in the fare is only in the period of 1st December- 31st December.
 Child fare is not mentioned in this package as it should be quoted as a third guest in the
room and the rates changes accordingly. There is no fee for the infants. However before
boarding an infant please check the infant details with us for the terms and conditions of an
in infant.
 Cancelation policy for the flight tickets will be according to the flight terms and conditions.
 Cancellation charges of the package would be as per the company policy. All Cancellations
will attract the following Cancellation Charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

30 Days prior to departure - Nil Charges* ( This might vary depending on the time limit)

29 Days To 15 Days - 40% of the Total cost

14 Days to 7 Days - 60 % of the Total Cost

7 Days or less - 100% of the total cost

Cancellations - All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation
etc. for group tours are pre blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers /
vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released/cancelled within the
below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be
intimated to us in writing.

Payments

All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with
the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below
All payments made within 10 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid in cash
/NEFT/UPI. Payments made towards the foreign exchange component of your tour will be
calculated as per the ROE (rate of exchange) of that given day (for foreigners)

Travel voucher will be handed over in 48 hours once the full payment is done to AMFISS PVT

Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-
compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour/booking of the
client with subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the cancellation charges as mentioned
herein.
