IMPORTANT RULES REGARDING REGISTRATION FORMS
1. Registration does not ensure admission.

2. Separate admission form will be issued only to selected candidates.
3. The form is likely to be rejected, if it is incomplete or any discrepancy is found.
4. Eligibility for admission in Nursery for the session 2020-21 : Born in the year 2017.
5. This from will not be accepted without the photograph, Aadhar Card Copy and a Photostat copy of
the original birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, the Directorate of Economics
and Statistics or of any class one Government Officer for Nursery to Class I and a photocopy of
Mark Sheet of annual examination of the last school attended and original transfer certificate
for other classes.
6. In case of foreign Nationals, copy of passport, testimonials, marks sheet and certificate of
equivalence, attested by the competent authorities must be enclosed.
7. For availing bus facility (optional) please note that no new stop or route will be created.
8. Parents are advised to secure this acknowledgment and preserve it for future references.
