Cooking Process

The process of making a lazy buuz

start by heating oil on the
skillet. After that fry the
chopped diced onions
with a small pieces of
carrot, set aside for a few
minutes
Meat preparation requires
relatively few stages
including mixture of salt,
pepper and other spices,
additionally if you like to
add some green leafed
vegetable, chop it to very
very small pieces

Roll your dough


into 3mm wide and
square shape. You
can also halve it on
the condition size
is too large.
5. Spread the seasoned meat
evenly on the dough. Roll the
dough and meat together into a

cylindrical shape, then slice it into
pieces approximately 3-4 cm
wide. Gently pinch the edges to
seal them.

6. Put the rose-shaped dumplings


in a pan with vegetables and fry

7. Mix tomato paste, sour cream, and assorted spices with a


glass of water, then drizzle the mixture over the dumplings.
Ensure that the liquid doesn't fully submerge the dumplings,
allowing them to maintain their shape.

8. Cover and make lazy dumplings on low heat for


30 minutes, then sprinkle with green leafy vegetables
and fry uncovered for another 10-15 minutes.
