Adhyaay serves as vital platform for celebrating
diversity, fostering, understanding, and preserving
heritage. They bring communities together, bridging
differences and promoting unity through shared
experiences. These events showcase various forms of
art, music, dance, cuisine, and traditions, providing
opportunities for individuals to express their cultural
identities and for audiences to appreciate and learn
from them.

The purpose of Adhyaay extends beyond mere


entertainment; they serve as catalysts for social
cohesion, dialogue, and mutual respect. By
highlighting the richness of different cultures, they
promote tolerance and appreciation for cultural
diversity, combating prejudice and fostering a sense
of belonging among participants and attendees alike.

Furthermore, Adhyaay contribute to the local


economy by attracting people, supporting local
artisans and businesses. They also play a crucial role
in cultural preservation, passing down traditions,
stories, and customs from one generation to the next,
ensuring their continuity and relevance in an ever-
changing session.

Talent Showcase: Show off your unique talents and artistic
abilities in front of an enthusiastic audience. Whether it's
singing, dancing, acting, spoken word, or any other form of
performance art, this is your chance to dazzle the crowd
and leave a lasting impression.

Interactive Audience Participation: Get ready to cheer on


your peers, show your support, and participate in
interactive activities throughout the event. Your energy and
enthusiasm will help create an electrifying atmosphere and
make the event truly memorable.

Prizes and Recognition: The winners of the "Student of the


Year" title and other special awards will receive prizes,
certificates, and the admiration of their peers. But
remember, the true reward lies in the experience of sharing
your passion with others and leaving a lasting legacy in our
college community.

guidelines
1. Rounds : There will be a total of five rounds in the

competiton .
Round 1: It is open for all.
Round 2: In round 2 you have to form a team of 4
members.
Round 3: In this round your team creativity will be tested.
Round 4: In this event participants have to perform

individually and your convincing skills will be


examined.
Round 5: This is the final round and in this round your
critical thinking will be assessed.
2. Further guidelines are mentioned below and violating the

guidelines will lead to disqualification.


3. Each game will be a separate eliminatory round and the

organiser(s) will shortlist participants from each round to


declare the final winner.

4. Time limits - if any - will be specified by the organiser and


appropriate penalty will be provided.

rules
1. This is an individual event. Registrations will be accepted
on the spot.
2. The event will be conducted in one round.
3. Participants are needed to make a painting based on a
theme given to them on the spot.
4. Basic necessary logistics have to be carried by the
participants themselves(Brushes, stationary as required).
5. Additional logistics will be provided at the venue(Like
Canvas, Paint, Chart Papers, T-shirt)
6. Use of any outside aids and the internet is strictly
prohibited and may lead to disqualification.

SFM - SHORT FILM MAKING
EMBRACE THE ART OF FILMMAKING, WEAVING NARRATIVES THAT INSPIRE,
PROVOKE, OR ENTERTAIN. JOIN US IN THIS CINEMATIC JOURNEY WHERE YOUR
CREATIVITY TAKES CENTER STAGE, CRAFTING COMPELLING STORIES,
SHOWCASING TECHNICAL FINESSE, AND LEAVING A LASTING IMPACT ON OUR
AUDIENCE AND JUDGES WITH YOUR VISIONARY STORYTELLING.

rules
1. The film should either be in Hindi or English or both. No
other languages are permitted.
2. The video may be taken with any device.
3. It is imperative that at least one of the actors in the short
film registers with the organisers to confirm the
authenticity of the short film.
4. Fest shall not be responsible for any issues arising due to
non-compatibility.
5. Obscenity of any kind is not allowed and shall lead to
disqualification. Photo animations, slide shows, remixes,
spoofs and advertisements must be avoided.
6. Adhyaay reserves the right to use the video entries on
social media (suitable credits will be given to the people
responsible for the creation of the content).
7. The use of copyright content is not allowed and will lead to
disqualification.

SANSKRITIK EKTA
SANSKRITIK EKTA, SYMBOLISING "CULTURAL UNITY," IS A CELEBRATION OF
DIVERSITY THROUGH DANCE PERFORMANCES, WHERE PARTICIPANTS
SHOWCASE THEIR TALENT, CULTURE, AND ARTISTIC EXPRESSION. THIS RULE
BOOK OUTLINES THE GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES FOR PARTICIPATING IN
SANSKRITIK EKTA DANCE PERFORMANCES
1. Eligibility:
All Indian folk dance forms and styles are welcomed.

2. Audition Process:
Participants must audition to showcase their dance performance
in Sanskritik Ekta. Auditions will be held prior to the event, and
participants will be selected based on their performance,
technique, choreography, and artistic expression.
The audition panel may include seniors.

3. Performance Categories:
Group Performances: Groups of dancers, ranging from duets to
larger ensembles, present synchronized routines.

4. Performance Guidelines:
Duration: Performances should not exceed 4-5 minutes.
Music: Participants must provide their own music tracks, free of
explicit content.
Costumes: Costumes are to be arranged by the participants and
should be appropriate for the style of dance and must not contain
any offensive or inappropriate elements

WELCOME TO "BEAT THE STREET," WHERE RHYTHM MEETS THE
PAVEMENT! THIS RULE BOOK OUTLINES THE GUIDELINES AND
REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN DANCE PERFORMANCES WITHIN
OUR EVENT. "BEAT THE STREET" CELEBRATES THE DIVERSITY AND
CREATIVITY OF DANCE STYLES, PROVIDING A PLATFORM FOR
PARTICIPANTS TO SHOWCASE THEIR TALENT AND PASSION FOR
MOVEMENT.

ENTER THE BATTLEGROUND, SHOWCASE YOUR FINEST MOVES, AND


UNLEASH YOUR RAW TALENT IN AN ELECTRIFYING CLASH OF STYLES AND

SHOWCASE ROUND (4 TEAMS)
1. A google form will be released 10 days prior to the
event on the basis of which 4 teams will be formed.
2. Top 2 teams will be chosen from this round for the final
round.

FINALS (TOP 2)
Teams qualifying for this round will be going against
each other in a face-off competition and one team will
be declared as winner at the end of this round.

GUIDELINES
For both the rounds:
1. The music tracks will be provided by the Adhyaay Team on
the venue itself.
2. Different music will be provided to both the teams.
3. Each Battle will be in FIVE rounds.
4. The time limit for each song is 2 minute per team (Music
on to Music off) i.e. 2 minute x 2 teams x 5 rounds = Total
of 20 minutes for each battle.
5. In case of a tie an extra round may be provided.

SUFI NIGHT
“SUFI NIGHT" IS A SINGING PERFORMANCE EVENT AIMED AT CELEBRATING
THE RICH TRADITION OF SUFI MUSIC AND PROVIDING A PLATFORM FOR
TALENTED SINGERS WITHIN OUR COLLEGE COMMUNITY.

THE CHOICE OF SONGS WILL RESONATE WITH THE THEME OF SUFISM,


SPIRITUALITY, LOVE, AND DEVOTION. ORIGINAL COMPOSITIONS INSPIRED BY
SUFI POETRY ARE ALSO WELCOME.

EMBRACE THE RICH TAPESTRY OF CULTURAL HERITAGE AS YOU ADORN


YOURSELF IN VIBRANT ETHNIC ATTIRE, REFLECTING THE TRADITIONS OF THE
LANDS WHERE SUFISM THRIVES. LOSE YOURSELF IN THE HYPNOTIC SWAY
OF THE MUSIC, AS EACH NOTE CARRIES THE ESSENCE OF SPIRITUAL
TRANSCENDENCE. LET THE INTRICATE PATTERNS OF YOUR DRESS MIRROR
THE COMPLEXITY OF SUFI PHILOSOPHY, WHILE YOU DANCE UNDER THE
MOONLIT SKY, CONNECTING WITH THE TIMELESS WISDOM WOVEN INTO
EVERY LYRIC. EXPERIENCE A NIGHT OF UNITY, LOVE, AND SPIRITUAL
ECSTASY.

MISMATCHED
THE MISMATCHED DANCE EVENT AIMS TO CELEBRATE DIVERSITY AND
PROMOTE INCLUSIVITY THROUGH DANCE. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE
PAIRED WITH SENIORS FROM THEIR COLLEGE TO PERFORM A DANCE
ROUTINE, SHOWCASING THEIR CREATIVITY, TEAMWORK, AND
ENTHUSIASM.

GUIDELINES

1. Participants have to approach a senior of thier


college for this event.
2. A Google form will be released in which you have to
fill the required information to participate in this
event.
3. Your duo/group has to prepare a dance performance
of approx. 2-3 minutes.
4. Song will be of your choice.
5. You have to submit the track before the start of the
event.

BOLLYWOOD DAY
WELCOME TO BOLLYWOOD DAY, WHERE WE CELEBRATE THE VIBRANT AND
COLORFUL WORLD OF INDIAN CINEMA! THE FASHION SHOW SEGMENT OF OUR
EVENT PROMISES TO BE A DAZZLING DISPLAY OF STYLE, CREATIVITY, AND
BOLLYWOOD FLAIR.

Theme and attire:


Participants are required to dress up as iconic Bollywood
actors or actresses. Your attire should reflect the style and
essence of your chosen Bollywood personality.

Rules for Participation:


Individual Entries: Participants must register individually for
the Bollywood Show. Each participant will showcase their
attire and perform a short Bollywood-inspired routine on the
runway.
Authenticity: Participants should strive for authenticity in
their portrayal of Bollywood actors or actresses. Pay attention
to details such as costumes, hairstyles, makeup, and
mannerisms to capture the essence of your chosen
personality.
No Offensive Costumes or Behaviors: Costumes and
performances should be respectful and free from offensive
stereotypes, cultural appropriation, or inappropriate
gestures.

Props and Accessories: Participants may use props and
accessories to enhance their portrayal, but they should be
safe, manageable, and in line with the overall theme of the
event.
Originality: While participants are encouraged to emulate
Bollywood stars, originality and creativity are also valued.
Feel free to add your unique twist to your portrayal while
staying true to the essence of Bollywood.

General Guidelines:
Participants must adhere to the event schedule and report
to the designated area at the specified time for
registration and rehearsal.
Respectful behavior towards fellow participants, event
organizers, and audience members is expected at all
times.
Participants are encouraged to interact with the audience
and showcase their enthusiasm for Bollywood cinema
throughout the event.

ROADIES
NO SHORTCUTS, NO DETOURS

WELCOME TO THE ROADIES ! THIS EVENT IS DESIGNED TO BRING


STUDENTS TOGETHER FOR A DAY OF FUN, GAMES, AND
CHALLENGES.
Below are the rules and guidelines for participating in the event:
Event Overview:
The event will consist of a series of fun and gaming tasks
assigned by the organizers. Tasks may include physical
challenges, mental puzzles, team-building exercises, and
creative activities. Each task will have a designated time limit,
and teams must complete the task within the allotted time to
earn points.

Rounds: This event is divided in 4 segments.


Round 1: This event is open for all and in this round top 20
participants will be selected for next round.
Round 2: In this round participants have to perform single
handedly and top 8 players will be selected.
Round 3: This is the team based round in which participanta
have to form a team consisting of 4 players each.
Round 4: This is the final round in which participants of
selected team of round 3 will compete with each
other and one player will be declared as the winner.

Scoring:
Points will be awarded to participants based on their
performance in each task. The participant that successfully
completes a task within the given time frame and meets all the
criteria will earn maximum points. In case of a tie, the
participant with the fastest completion time will be awarded
additional points.

Fair Play:
Participants must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike
manner at all times. Cheating, sabotage, or any form of unfair
play will result in immediate disqualification of the team.
Respect for fellow participants, organizers, and event staff is
mandatory.

Safety Precautions:
Participants must prioritize their safety during the event.
All activities will be supervised by event staff, and participants
must follow their instructions at all times. Any concerns
regarding safety should be immediately reported to the
organizers.

Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to the top-performing participants
based on their scores at the end of the event.

GLAMOUR STRUT
WELCOME TO GLAMOUR STRUT, AN EXHILARATING CULTURAL EVENT
THAT CELEBRATES STYLE, CONFIDENCE, AND CREATIVITY THROUGH
THE ART OF RAMP WALK AND STAGE PERFORMANCES. THIS
RULEBOOK IS DESIGNED TO OUTLINE THE GUIDELINES AND
PROCEDURES FOR PARTICIPATING IN GLAMOUR STRUT.

Event Overview
Glamour Strut is a fashion-centric event where participants
showcase their individual style, elegance, and personality on
the ramp. Participants can choose to walk individually, in
pairs, or present captivating stage performances.

Glamour Strut is a platform for students to showcase their


unique style, confidence, and creativity through individual
and paired ramp walks, as well as stage performances.
Participants will have the opportunity to audition for their
spot in the event, ensuring a high standard of talent and
performance.

Participant Eligibility:
Participants will be required to demonstrate their ramp walk
skills and stage presence during the audition. The audition
panel will assess participants based on confidence, style,
poise, and overall performance. Glamour Strut is open to all
students. Each participant or pair of participants must adhere
to the theme (if any) provided for the event.

Event Format:
Individual Ramp Walk: Participants will walk the ramp
individually, showcasing their unique style and personality.
Each participant will have a designated time slot for their
walk.

Pair Ramp Walk: Participants can choose to walk the ramp in


pairs, synchronizing their outfits and movements for a
captivating performance.

Stage Performances: Participants may also opt to present


stage performances. These performances should align with
the overall theme of Glamour Strut.

Participants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Style and Confidence: The participant's ability to carry
themselves with grace, confidence, and poise.

Stage Presence: The participant's ability to engage the


audience and command attention during their performance.

Adherence to Theme: The extent to which the participant's


presentation aligns with the theme of Glamour Strut.

General Guidelines:
Participants must adhere to the dress
code specified for Glamour Strut, which
may include formal wear, themed
costumes, or any other attire specified
by the organizers.
Any props or accessories used during the
ramp walk or stage performance must be
approved by the organizers in advance.
Participants are expected to conduct
themselves professionally and
respectfully towards fellow
participants.
Any violation of the rules or disruptive
behavior may result in disqualification
from the event.

MASQUERADE PARTY
WELCOME TO THE MASQUERADE PARTY (PROM) EVENT! WE ARE
EXCITED TO HOST AN EVENING FILLED WITH DANCING, LAUGHTER,
AND MEMORABLE EXPERIENCES.

GUIDELINES
There is no boundation on the year. Partners can be
of same or different years.
Dress code for the gentlemen is formal.
Dress code for the ladies of final year is Saree and
for others is western.
Only couple entry is allowed. Stag entries will not be
entertained.
Different dance activities will be conducted in the
event.
Switching of partners is not allowed until specified
by the organisers.
Entries will be permitted till a specific time
announced at the day of event. After that gates will
be closed. So be on time.

EDM NIGHT
WELCOME TO THE EDM NIGHT! WE'RE THRILLED TO HAVE YOU JOIN
US FOR AN ELECTRIFYING EXPERIENCE FILLED WITH MUSIC, DANCE,
AND UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS.
To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, please familiarize
yourself with the following rules and guidelines:
Respect for Others:
Respect the space and rights of fellow attendees, performers,
and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of
disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Age Restriction:
This event is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Valid
identification may be required for entry, so please ensure you
have it with you.

Entry Procedures:
Make sure to have your College ID ready for scanning at the
entrance. Re-entry may be allowed, so please check with event
staff if you need to leave and return.

Security Check:
For everyone's safety, all attendees are subject to security
checks upon entry. Prohibited items such as weapons, illegal
substances, and outside food or drinks will not be allowed
inside the venue.

Dress Code:
There is no strict dress code for EDM Night, but we encourage
attendees to express themselves creatively through their attire.
However, please ensure that your clothing is appropriate and
respectful.

Photography and Videography:


Feel free to capture memories of the event through
photography and videography for personal use. However,
professional recording equipment and unauthorized
commercial use of images or videos are not permitted without
prior approval.

Emergency Procedures:
Familiarize yourself with the venue's emergency exits and
procedures. In case of any emergency, follow instructions from
event staff and emergency personnel.

Note
All attendees are requested to carry the Identity Cards as
proof of the identity. Entry will be denied if the attendee
fails to bring and present the required documents. Carrying
any harmful or illegal substances to the venue is strictly
prohibited and if found, will lead to disqualification and have
legal implications.

WELCOME TO HBTU'S GOT TALENT! WE ARE THRILLED TO HAVE YOU
PARTICIPATE IN OUR CULTURAL EVENT WHERE PARTICIPANTS
SHOWCASE THEIR HIDDEN TALENTS.

Below are the rules and guidelines to ensure a fair and enjoyable
experience for all:

Eligibility:
Hbtu's Got Talent is open for participants of all students.
Each participant must register themselves individually.
Group performances are allowed, but each member must be
registered separately.

Talent Categories:
Participants are encouraged to showcase a wide range of
talents including but not limited to singing, dancing, acting,
poetry recitation, stand-up comedy, magic tricks,
instrumental performances, and more. Unconventional
talents that may not fit into traditional categories are also
welcome!

Registration:
Participants must provide accurate information during
registration, including their name, contact details, and a
brief description of their talent. 22
Performance Guidelines:
Each participant or group will be given a specific time slot for
their performance.Props and costumes are allowed, but
participants are responsible for setting up and removing them
within their allotted time. Performances should not exceed given
minutes.

Judging Criteria:
Performances will be judged based on creativity, skill level, stage
presence, audience engagement, and overall entertainment value.
Judges' decisions are final and cannot be contested.

Code of Conduct:
All participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect
towards fellow participants, organizers, judges, and audience
members. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive
behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.
Participants are responsible for the safety and well-being of
themselves and others during the event.

Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to the top performers based on the judges'
scores.

Photography and Recording:
Photography and recording of performances are allowed for
personal use only. Any commercial use of recorded material is
strictly prohibited without prior consent from the organizers
and participants.

Changes and Updates:


The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event
schedule, rules, and guidelines as necessary. Any updates will
be communicated to participants promptly.

BLIND DATE
WELCOME TO THE BLIND DATE EVENT! THIS EVENT IS DESIGNED TO
BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER IN A FUN AND INTERACTIVE WAY, WHERE
PARTICIPANTS GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO GO ON A BLIND DATE WITH
A RANDOMLY SELECTED INDIVIDUAL.

To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone


involved, please familiarize yourself with the following rules:

Registration: Participants must register for the event in


advance through the designated registration process.
Registration may require providing basic personal information
and preferences to facilitate the matching process.

Random Pairing: Participants will be randomly paired with


another registered participant for their blind date. The pairing
process will be conducted impartially to ensure fairness.

Respect and Consent: All participants are expected to treat


each other with respect and courtesy at all times. Consent is
paramount, and any behavior that violates the rights or
comfort of another participant will not be tolerated.

STAGE PERFORMANCE
WELCOME TO THE CULTURAL EVENT STAGE PERFORMANCE RULE

EXPECTATIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS IN DANCING AND SINGING
CATEGORIES WHO PARTICIPATE THROUGH AUDITIONS.

Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience


for all involved.

1. Eligibility:
Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified by the
event organizers. All participants must be registered for the
event and have gone through the audition process
successfully.

2. Performance Content:
Performances must be culturally appropriate and respectful.
Originality and creativity are encouraged. Content must be
suitable for all audiences, avoiding explicit language, gestures,
or themes.

3. Time Limits:
Each performance will have a designated time limit.
Participants must adhere to this limit strictly. Time limits will
be communicated to participants prior to the event and during
rehearsals.

4. Costume and Props:
Costumes and props must be appropriate for the performance
and should not pose any safety hazards. Participants are
responsible for bringing their own costumes and props.
Organizers will not provide these items.

5. Stage Etiquette:
Respect for fellow participants and audience members is
mandatory. Participants must arrive on time for rehearsals and
performances. Any disruptions during performances, such as
talking, cell phone use, or leaving the stage area, are not
allowed.

6. Rehearsals:
Participants must attend all scheduled rehearsals. Rehearsal
schedules will be provided well in advance to allow
participants to plan accordingly.

7. Photography and Videography:


Photography and videography during performances are
allowed only by authorized individuals. Participants may
request copies of their performances for personal use.

8. Code of Conduct:
Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and
professional manner at all times. Any violation of the code of
conduct may result in disqualification and removal from the

CELEBRITY NIGHT
WELCOME TO THE CELEBRITY NIGHT EVENT AT OUR COLLEGE'S
CULTURAL FEST!
To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone involved,
please read and adhere to the following rules and guidelines:

Event Timing:
Celebrity Night will commence at the specified time and will
continue until the end of the scheduled performances.
Attendees are expected to arrive punctually and remain for
the duration of the event.

ID and Entry:
All attendees must possess a valid ID for entry into the
Celebrity Night event.College students must present their
student IDs.

Dress Code:
Attendees are encouraged to dress in formal or semi-formal
attire for Celebrity Night. Any attire deemed inappropriate or
offensive by event organizers will not be permitted entry.

Behavior and Etiquette:


Respectful and courteous behavior is expected from all
attendees. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or
disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in
immediate removal from the event premises. 28
Photography and Recording:
Photography and recording of performances are permitted
only for personal use. Professional cameras, recording
equipment, and flash photography are strictly prohibited
unless authorized by event organizers.

Alcohol and Substance Use:


The consumption of alcohol and illegal substances is strictly
prohibited at the event venue. Any attendee found under the
influence of alcohol or drugs will be escorted out of the
premises.

Security and Safety:


Security personnel will be present at the venue to ensure the
safety of all attendees. In case of any emergencies or
