Face To Face Week Practical Guide - 2023-24
All of us who are part of the master's degree in international migration- professors,
tutors, coordination, scholars, Secretariat and myself- are pleased to welcome you to
the week on site. We intend to unite a geographically dispersed group to continue with
the process of learning and exchange of ideas and experiences in an area as fundamental
to the individual and society as international migrations are.
The week will start on Monday 26th February and end on Friday 1st March. During this
week, we will study the subject 4: "Research and professional intervention" taught by
Professor Nuria Lores, Carlos Ballesteros and Jesús Migallón in which we will analyze in
depth the main national and international sources available on immigration; the different
phases of a research project or social intervention; research techniques in the field of
migration; among other topics.
We hope to enjoy the work and turn this experience into an enriching week both
academically and personally.
Best regards,
Mercedes Fernández
