here in after called as Ather Dealer Mr. Ravi Ranjan under the rules and regulation of
Ministry of Heavy industries and Public Enterprises, Govt. of India. Under Dealership
Reg. No. AEPL-IND-334488, Registration date: 3 0 -Sep-2023 and Proposed
Dealership Name is Prem Shila Automobiles
Security money is to be paid against inventory of Scooter and spare parts. This money can
be used by company any time if dealer fail to fulfill the requirements, credits etc.
Department of marketing and sales and M/S Ather Electric Scooter dealer Mr. Ravi Ranjan are
agreed to open Ather Scooter Dealership 3S facility at Address- Near Royal Enfield
Showroom, Kanaudi, Jehanabad, Bihar ,PIN- 804408. Here in called as security
depositfor the due fulfillment by the said dealer. On the production of Security deposit and
Guarantee of dealership for amount not exceeding more than Rs.15,75,000.00 (Rupees
Fifteen Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand only).
Dealership do hereby undertake to pay to the Ather Energy Pvt. Ltd. an amount not
exceeding Rs.15,75,000.00 against Security and Guarantee of dealership or would be caused to
or suffered by the Ather Scooter Dealership by reason of any breach by the said Dealer of
any rules and regulation made by Govt. of India as well as Ather Energy Private Limited.
WE, “Ather Energy. & Mr. Ravi Ranjan” Address- Plot no. – Near Royal Enfield
Showroom, Kanaudi,Jehanabad,Bihar,PIN-804408. Do hereby undertake to pay the
amount due and payable under this guarantee without any demur, merely on a demand from
the Ather Energy Pvt. Ltd.

We, Ather Energy. further agree to the Guarantee herein contained shall remain in full force and effect
during the period that would be taken for the performance of the said dealership and that it shall
continue to be enforceable till all the dues of the Buyer under or by virtue of the said dealership
have been fully paid and its claims satisfied or discharged or till the Managing Director, Ather Energy
Pvt. Ltd. certifies that the terms and conditions of the said dealership have been fully and properly
carried out by the said Party and accordingly discharges the Guarantee. Unless a demand or claim under
this Guarantee is made on us in writing.

This dealership is taken care by Mr. Ravi Ranjan , His PAN No. is DISPR2015D, and Aadhar no.
6678 9211 8292. Permanent address is : -Gram- Madhav Nagar, Gali No.3,PO- Jehanabad, PS-

Note: - Company does not accept any type of Cash Transactions/Hard cash.
Guarantee from Ather Energy Private Limited

This security and Guarantee amount are fully refundable with 6% or closing (at the year/time) of
the franchise year, with current fixed deposit interest rate will be refund to dealer.
This security amount can be used by the dealer at the time of financial crisis during the period of
running Ather Scooter Dealership.
The Ather Energy Pvt. Ltd. is taking Guarantee of all type of marketing activity like ads in National
Newspaper, Local Newspaper, Electronic Media, Social Network etc. dealer no need to do any
type of advertisement in any manner.
The Ather Energy Pvt. Ltd. is taking guarantee of training to all dealership staff during the agreement
between dealer and Ather Energy Private Limited.
