    KIA INDIA PVT LTD DEALERSHIP FOR TERMS ANDCONDITIONS

    Applicant requirements
     "User" includes any Individual/ Firm/ Proprietorship/ Company or other legal
    entity and shall be competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract
    Act, 1944.
     In case of Individual, user must be resident of India and aged 18 years or more.
     Educational qualification (10th Pass only) and nationality needed to be full filled
    before applying for Kia India Pvt. Ltd. Dealership.

     The character of the applicant should be good. He should not have any
    criminal record against him in any police station.
     Applicant's bank cibil score should be 700 to 900.
    Dealership Area Requirement
     Showroom Area :- 1500 Square Feet to 5000 Square Feet.
     Workshop Area :- 1000 Square Feet to 1800 Square Feet.
     Parking Area For Scooter :- 500 Square Feet to 1200 Square Feet.
     Total Space :- 3000 Square Feet to 8000 Square Feet.
    Land Related Company's Rule
     There should not be any Government Objections above the land.
     The land should be on the road.
     Kia India Pvt. Ltd does not offer Kia India Motors Dealership inside the village
    Dealership Services and Training
     The company helps with all the Drawings, Layout and Interior Design for the Showroom
    and Workshop
    as everything should be as per the Kia India Motors Dealership Corporate norms.
     All Crew Members and Technical Workshop Staff will be well trained.

     The sales team will be given training so that they get to know about the product
    features, customer handling and sales process everything.
     It provides assistance in Business Development.
     Provides Necessary Operational Support required for Dealership.

     It provides marketing support for regional advertising.

    Cost and Investment

    Total Investment:- 4 Crore to 5 Crore Investment will cover below all

    1. Interior and exterior design of showroom as per company standard

    2. Per models Vehicles in the first stock 12 Vehicles provide

    3. Per Models additional Vehicles for test drive

    4. Hydraulic jack/ Hydraulic Machine


    (i.)Spare parts (ii.)Special tools

    5. 20 Sales/ service/ Other staff for Company Required.

    6. Advertisement cost (Newspaper, TV channel & Banner)


    Return of investment
     Gives you an ex-showroom 4% to 5% margin on each vehicle.
     Gives you 20% to 25% margin on spare parts.
     Free 3-6 months training provided by the company to the dealer and employee.
     Kia India Pvt Ltd gives you a contract for a period of 10 years.
     Kia India Pvt Ltd gives you a loan of 75 lakhs, 0% interest for 5years.

    7. 360 Degree view video of proposed site

    8. Live location of proposed site

    9. Educational qualification certificate
