    pleasure in informing you that Quality Austria is world‘s leading certification body and is thus also the
    Austrian member in IQNET – the International Certification Network.

    This Proposal is based on the information provided by you in the application form and shall be valid
    together with the “GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS for CERTIFICATION SERVICES” forming separate
    annexure to this proposal.

    The next step is for you to confer your written acceptance, please refer to the next page.

    On receiving your acceptance of our proposal we will assign a Lead Auditor who will be managing your
    assessments. The process of scheduling the assessments will commence thereafter.

    This proposal is valid for 60 days from the date of issue and subject to conduct of the Initial Audit within
    30 days of acceptance of this proposal.

    3. Certification agreement between Quality Austria and the customer (client), regarding specific aspects/ IATF Rules
    5th Edition, section 3.0, and the licensors of the accreditation body.

    The customer / client pledges:


     to inform Quality Austria about any changes regarding to
    o legal status, commercial status (such as joint venture, subcontracting to other organizations),
    o Ownership (for example, merger and acquisition),
    o Organization and management (e.g., key management, decision-making or technical staff),
    o Contact address or location,
    o Scope of operations under the certified management system,
    o IATF subscribing OEM customers special status,
    o Transfer to a new IATF-recognized certification body (this agreement can be extended until all
    transfer activities are competed, see IATF rules 7.1.1)
    o Immediate notification within 5 calendar days, if for twelve (12) months no products have been
    manufactured, which are within the scope of IATF 16949.
    Unreported changes are considered as breach of contract and may cause a de-certification process! The
    notification must be in written form, contain all the details and can be made directly to the responsible
    auditor or to the office of Quality Austria under www.qualityaustria.com
     to ensure the correct transmission of data / documents as part of the audit preparation;
     that customer / client will not decline an external witness audit (IATF, VDA-QMC, accreditation body) or an
    internal Quality Austria witness audit;
     to grant access for IATF / VDA-QMC agents or their representatives;
     that the audit report of the IATF, the VDA-QMC or the Accreditation Body can be made available;
     that the IATF logo may only be displayed on the certificate issued by the Quality Austria. Any other use of
    the IATF logo is not permitted. Copies of the certificate for marketing or advertising purposes may be made;
     that, at the audit time, no consultant (in the meaning of the standard) shall be present at the site, or may
    participate in the audit in any way;
     that he agrees that in VDA 6.1 / 2 / 4 the evaluation results, and where appropriate, the audit reports as
    requested by the VDA-QMC on these can be forwarded for cross checking;
     that the General Terms and Conditions for System Certification, Verification and Validation of Quality Austria
    as amended from time to time (available under https://www.qualityaustria.com/en/company/gtc/) apply to
    this Agreement and that the customer / client will fully comply with theses General Terms and Conditions.

    Quality Austria, for its part, pledges:


     to conduct the certification process in conformity to the applicable IATF rules, conduct VDA 6.1 / 2 / 4 Audits
    acc. to VDA 6;
     to use the specific QA checklists / procedures / methods for the audits (Stage 1, Stage 2, etc.) in the
    applicable versions;
     to uses only authorized qualified auditors;
     to conduct the audit procedure in conformity to the General Terms and Conditions of Quality Austria;
     to immediately handle possible complaints in connection with the certification procedure; in case of
    complaints, please write to Quality Austria at office@qualityaustria.com or directly to the Sector Manager
    Automotive of Quality Austria, (whose current address can be seen on the QA Homepage);

    4. Audit Schedule & Payment

     Pre-Assessment is optional and if desired, fee for the same shall be submitted separately.
     Expenses towards domestic/ local travel shall be charged at actual. Boarding and lodging, in case to be
    arranged by QACAPL, will be charged extra at actual.
     In addition, Goods and Service Tax or any other indirect taxes as applicable at the time of assessment, shall
    be payable.
     The above fee structure does not consist of special visit (follow-up assessments visits) that may arise due to
    non-fulfillment of requirements during an assessment, and charged at the QACAPL standard assessment rate.
     Any addition of mandays due to changes in organization scope, manpower location, otherwise will be
    charged at QACAPL standard assessment rate.
     Since it is normal that QACAPL’s manpower is committed on running projects at any given time, Client is
    expected to intimate the Initial Visit dates at least four [4] weeks in advance.
     Any rescheduling or cancellation within 15 days of the scheduled date of commencement would be invoiced
    for the assessment duration.
     Invoicing will be done after each service delivery and will be in line with the “General terms and conditions”
    attached separately as an Annexure.
     Registration Fees need to be paid in advance at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable. This
    amount would be adjusted against the amount payable at the end of the initial Assessment.
     All payments must be made by DD/Cheque/RTGS/NEFT/Electronic or Swift Transfers payable at Delhi in
    favour of Quality Austria Central Asia Pvt. Ltd.
