    SF Express Credit Account Application Procedure

    A. Application for the Company Credit Account

    Application Way 1: Application Online


    1. Enter the SF Credit Account Management Platform.
    2. Click “Sign Agreement Now”  Online Application  “HK Company Application”/ “Macau
    Company Application”.
    3. Follow the instructions to fill in the content of the form.
    4. Download the completed application form and "Direct Debit Authorization Form" (if you choose to
    pay by bank account), then sign and stamp on the forms.
    5. Upload the required documents and complete the submission with,
     A copy of the completed, signed and stamped application form
     A copy of the Direct Debit Authorization Form (if necessary) (In order to speed up the application
    process, please also send the original to the Finance Department of S. F. Express (Hong Kong)
    Limited.)
     A copy of the company’s valid business registration certificate
     Contact person/applicant's business card (if necessary)

    Application Way 2: Application by Mail


    1. Hong Kong Company:
    Download the "Hong Kong Company Credit Account Application Form", sign and stamp after
    followed the instructions to fill in the content of the form.
    Macau Company:
    Download the "Macau Company Credit Account Application Form", sign and stamp after followed
    the instructions to fill in the content of the form.
    2. [Only applicable to Hong Kong Company] If you choose to pay by bank account, you need to
    download and fill in the "Direct Debit Authorization Form".
    3. [Only Applicable to Hong Kong Company] If you choose to pay by credit card, you need to
    download and fill in the "Credit Card Direct Debit Authorization Form".
    4. After completing the application form, please send the original and required documents to the
    following address by mail, and specify "Application of Credit Account" on the envelope,

    Documents Required,
     Copy of the company’s valid business registration certificate
     Name Card of Contact Person
     Direct Debit Authorization Form / Credit Card Direct Debit Authorization Form (if necessary)

    B. Application for the Personal Credit Account (Only Applicable to Hong Kong applicants)

    Application Way: Application by Mail


    1. Download the "Hong Kong Personal Credit Accout Application Form”
    2. Download the "Credit Card Direct Debit Authorization Form"
    3. After completing the application form, please send the original and required documents to the
    following address by mail, and specify "Application of Personal Credit Account" on the envelope,

    Documents Required,
     Copy of Applicant's Hong Kong Identity Card
     Effective Residential Address Proof Dated Within the Latest Three Months
     Credit Card Direct Debit Authorization Form

    Generally after submitting the application, you will receive the result of the application by email

    notification within 3-5 working days.
