    Proceedings:
    The meeting started at 3:30 pm with a prayer led by Ma’am Helen
    Grace P. Dolormente, Election Committee Officer. After the prayer, Sir
    Benedict Viola, also an Election Committee Officer, introduced himself as
    well as reiterated and discussed the agenda.

    1. Levels and Composition of SPTA-BOD

    a. All HPTA Presidents per section joined and participated in the


    election to choose their grade level representative who will represent
    the SPTA election. The said activity was facilitated by the advisers
    per Grade level.
    b. Before the election for SPTA officers, one of the school heads
    discussed the organizational chart which is the levels and
    composition of SPTA-BOD.
    c. The ELECOM officers Ma’am Rochelle A. Oracion, Ma’am Helen
    Grace P. Dolormente and Sir Ricky Mempin facilitated the election of
    School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) officers. Since the
    participants consist of only 6 persons, the selection of officer were
    selected through appointment and agreed by the majority.

    2. Relaying the Information from the Division Office

    After the election of SPTA officers, Mrs. Mary Louie Vidad


    representative of the School-PTA President relay the information about
    the meeting she attended held in the Division Office:
    a. School Governance Council
    b. Safety of students
    c. Selling of Cigarettes near the school vicinity.

    3. Creation of SPTA Group Chat


    After the message of Mrs. Vidad, the officers decided to create a GC
    for SPTA, and Ma’am Sonia Rodriguez initiates to create the said GC.

    Since no other issues and concern were discussed, the meeting


    adjourned at exactly 4:00 pm.
