1 The First Steps
Logging into the website, downloading Remote Support and MetaTrader 4 Trading Platform.
Upon opening your new account you will receive an

Once activated you will
receive another email with your log in details and password for MetaTrader 4, the trading platform where you will be able to view your BALANCE and open positions in the market. 2 You will need to log in with you current email and password that was sent to you: We ask all our clients using Windows on their PC to download a remote access program called Anydesk.
For clients using Macintosh you now have the option of using either Anydesk for Mac or Teamviewer for Mac as shown in the

We use this program for a few essential reason’s:
1. Our support team use this program to assist our client’s with any technical issues, this includes setting up your new account should you run into any problem’s.
2. For your broker to teach you how to trade.
3. If you should choose to be involved with our Education
Program this will be the software we use to connect to you remotely to teach you the finer points of technical trading.

Absolutely! Anydesk and Teamviewer have a number
of built in safety features that insure your computer is protected and allows you to still have full control of your computer.

Download appears at the bottom of the screen if using Internet Explorer
Download appears in a pop-up window using Mozilla Firefox
Once your download has
started, a window will appear asking if you would like the program to make changes to your computer, the software company is “Metaqoutes Software”, you will say “Yes” The following window for installation will then appear, please follow the prompts to complete the download process, when complete click on “Finish”:
Now that the program has finished downloading, use
following steps to log in successfully:
Cancel this window that appears when MT4 first starts up: After cancelling the first window, another small window will appear asking for your log in details that were emailed to you.
