    What is ribbon and where do you find it?

    The ribbon is a set of toolbars at the top of the window in Office programs
    designed to help you quickly find the commands that you need to complete a
    task.

    What is the use of format painter?


    The Format Painter tool is used to copy and paste character and paragraph
    formats to existing text.

    What is bit and byte?


    While a byte can hold a letter or symbol, a bit is the smallest unit of storage,
    storing just one binary digit. The standard number of bits in a byte is eight.

    Difference between bcc and cc in email.


    BCC stands for "blind carbon copy" and CC stands for "carbon copy". Both are
    ways to send copies of an email to other people. The main difference is that CC
    recipients are visible to others, while BCC recipients are not.

    What is a database?
    A database is a structured collection of data that is stored and accessed
    electronically.

    Why access is called RDBMS?


    Stands for "Relational Database Management System." An RDBMS is a DBMS
    designed specifically for relational databases. This makes it easy to locate and
    access specific values within the database.It is "relational" because the values
    within each table are related to each other.

    What are the functions of RAM and ROM?


    RAM, which stands for random access memory, and ROM, which stands for
    read-only memory, are both present in your computer. RAM is volatile memory
    that temporarily stores the files you are working on. ROM is non-volatile
    memory that permanently stores instructions for your computer.
    What is the difference between hardware and
    software?
    Hardware is the physical components of a computer, while software is the
    programs that run on the computer.

    Difference between spreadsheet and database


    The main technical difference between a spreadsheet and a database comes
    down to the way they store data: In a spreadsheet, data is stored in a cell,
    and can be formatted, edited, and manipulated within that cell. In a
    database, cells contain records that come from external tables.

    Difference between worksheet and workbook


    workbook is a file that contains one or more worksheets. A worksheet is a
    single spreadsheet, or page, in a file created with an electronic spreadsheet
    tool. Worksheets are used for work and presentations.

    What is cpu and its different components?


    So, there are three CPU components: Arithmetic and Logical Unit (ALU),
    Control Unit (CU), and memory unit.

    What do you mean by memory and where does


    it resides?
    Memory is the electronic holding place for the instructions and data a
    computer needs to reach quickly. It's where information is stored for
    immediate use.

    What is input and output device?


    Input devices allow users to enter data and instructions into a computer.
    Output devices use data from a computer to perform a task.
    What is cursor?
    The cursor is a visible and moving pointer that the user controls with a
    mouse, touchpad or similar input device such as a trackball.

    What is cell?
    A cell in Excel is a small rectangle or box in the grid of an Excel worksheet.
    Cells are identified by their column letter and row number, which intersect
    at the cell's location. For example, a cell in column "C" in row "3" is cell C3.

    How do you define a cell address?


    A cell address, also known as a cell reference, is a combination of a column
    letter and a row number that identifies a cell on a worksheet. For example,
    A1 refers to the cell at the intersection of column A and row 1
