part of this contract, and together with its ﻭﺗﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻊ ﻣﻼﺣﻘﻪ ﻭﺣﺪﺓ ﻣﺘﻜﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻭﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ،ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ

the residence permit (Iqama), work permit ﻭﻣﺎ، ﻭﺗﺠﺪﻳﺪﻫﻤﺎ، ﻭﺭﺧﺼﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ،ﺍﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ
and their renewal fees and the consequent ﻭﺭﺳﻮﻡ،ﻳﺘﺮﺗﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻏﺮﺍﻣﺎﺕ

8.7. Paying the first party's wages and settle his ﺩﻓﻊ ﺃﺟﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻭﺗﺼﻔﻴﺔ.7.8
entitlements within a maximum period of ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ-ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻛﺜﺮ- ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺃﺳﺒﻮﻉ

9.3. Approval of the first party deducting the ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﻄﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ.3.9

9.5. To provide all assistance and support ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺪﻡ ﻛﻞ ﻋﻮﻥ ﻭﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﺓ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺸﺘﺮﻁ.5.9

9.6. To undergo medical examination according ﻭﻓﻖ ﻟﻄﻠﺐ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ- ﺃﻥ ﻳﺨﻀﻊ- .6.9
to the first party's request prior to or during ﻟﻠﻔﺤﻮﺹ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺮﻏﺐ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺟﺮﺍﺋﻬﺎ
the course of work in order to ascertain ﻟﻠﺘﺤﻘﻖ،ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻹﻟﺤﺎﻕ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻭ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀﻩ
whether he or she is free of chronic or ﻣﻦ ﺧﻠﻮﻩ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻣﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺭﻳﺔ
occupational diseases
10.1. The Labor Law and its executive ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻭﻻﺋﺤﺘﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬﻳﺔ.1.10
regulations and the ministerial regulations ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻮﺍﺋﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻮﺯﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﻻﺋﺤﺔ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ
and resolutions and the organization's ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ
work regulation approved by the Ministry ،ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ

replaces all previous agreements and ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺑﻴﺔ ﺇﻥ ﻭﺟﺪﺕ

10.2. Both parties agreed that the addresses ﺍﺗﻔﻖ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﻭﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﺤﺔ.2.10
