    Chemical Resistant

    ES10 (Flexible Sign) is made of printed graphics between layers of 10% Ammonia Gasoline
    chemical resistant plastic. The uppermost layer consists of a semi-rigid, UV-
    10% HCL Grease and Oils
    resistant film, augmented with an additional protective liner to ensure
    abrasion protection, which is intended to be removed after installation. The 10% NaOH Heptane

    substrate is a white gloss PVC film that exhibits contouring capabilities on 50% NaOH Hydraulic Fluid

    both curved and flat surfaces when mounted. 10% Sodium Hydroxide IPA (Isopropanol)

    50% Sodium Hydroxide Kerosene

    10% Sulfuric Acid Methanol

    Physical Characteristics 30% Sulfuric Acid Mineral Spirits

    20% Sodium Carbonate Organic Solvents

    5% Alconox® Detergent PH 4
    Total Thickness: 0.50 mm thick including the adhesive backing
    409® Degreaser PH10
    Overlaminate Material: 250 micron (0.25 mm) thick Polyethylene
    5% Acetic Acid Propylene Glycol
    Terephthalate (PET) clear film with protective layer to remove after installation.

    NOTE: Prior to installation, the surface should preferably be cleaned from dust, grease, or any recovery.
