LITERARY/NON-LITERARY TEXT
Unseen Passage
Revise comprehensions done in class and from the Textbook, questioning techniques, writing in full
sentences, going back to check answers, answering questions based on the mark scheme.

VISUAL TEXT
Unseen Visual
Go over adverts, comic strips, book covers, persuasive language, face and body expressions, target
audience.

SUMMARY
Give brief statements of the main points, leave out any unnecessary information. Express the most
important facts or ideas about something or someone in a short and clear form.
Practice summarizing comprehensions from your textbook.

LANGUAGE STRUCTURES AND CONVENTIONS


Pupils to revise all language, parts of speech, figures of speech and activities done in class.
Go over Pages 283 – 292 in Textbook.
