➢ Carry out frequent safety inspections to check conformance with the established safety
program and to draw Site HSE Manager Attention to defect or deficiency for review
and as a basis for continuous improvement.
➢ Reviewed operating procedures and ensure the scope of the work in compliance with
all regulatory bodies.

➢ Perform monthly and quarterly HSE audits and inspections at various project locations

and instructed the location HSE & construction team to remove or replace if faulty.

project.
➢ Responsible to maintain the records for all kind of HSE Inspections reports, TPI
certificates of tools, equipment’s, personnel’s records for audit purpose.
➢ Responsible for his own safety and that of others working around him.
➢ Responsible for reasonable care towards the environment and to contribute to energy
savings and waste reduction.
➢ Responsible for the surveillance of quarterly inspection of hand tools, power &
electrical tools, Vehicle inspection, Generator & tower light and lifting gears, and also
verify the reports are maintained by the responsible department only if it is applicable
to this project.
➢ Responsible for preparing the site safety report in the client format.
➢ Assist Site HSE Manager for documentation to submit the report to HSE Dept. /Client
on time when requested.
➢ Responsible for conducting training awareness session where as required.
➢ Ensure this approved HSE Plan read and understand the project specific requirement
and implemented on site.
➢ Review of work pack to ensure work preparation and planned execution are in line with
Client HSE procedures, PTW procedure, Waste management requirements and HSE
Plans etc.
➢ Ensure all personnel are competent and/or certified as per their trades, i.e. riggers, plant
banks man, crane operators, Confined Space Attendants, etc. and can be verify on site
with their TPI cards.
➢ Responsible to communicate the safety alerts/bulletins to the entire HSE team for
communicating to workforce.
➢ Conduct environmental & waste management audit inspection and the report has to be
submitted to HSE Line Manager.
