Caranya adalah dengan membandingkan komponen
yang ada di neraca, yaitu total aktiva lancar dengan total passiva lancar (utang jangka pendek). Jenis-Jenis Rasio Likuiditas Rasio Lancar (Current Ratio) Rasio Lancar (Current Ratio) merupakan rasio untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan membayar kewajiban jangka pendek atau utang yang segera jatuh tempo pada saat ditagih. Dapat juga untuk mengukur tingkat keamanan suatu perusahaan. Rasio Cepat (Quick Ratio) Rasio Cepat (Quick Ratio) merupakan rasio uji cepat yang menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan membayar kewajiban jangka pendek dengan aktiva lancar tanpa memperhitungkan nilai sediaan. Rasio Kas (Cash Ratio) Rasio kas (Cash Ratio) merupakan alat untuk mengukur seberapa besar uang kas yang tersedia untuk membayar utang. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dari tersedianya dana kas atau yang setara dengan kas seperti rekening giro dan tabungan. Rasio Perputaran Kas Rasio perputaran kas (Cash Turn Over) bermanfaat untuk mengukur tingkat kecukupan modal kerja perusahaan yang dibutuhkan untuk membayar tagihan dan membiayai penjualan.
