If a company is planning to launch a new product, their primary goal has to be to maximize
attention . However, a successful launch involves more than just planning a one-time event. To
maximize the exposure of a business and the launch, they need create a marketing strategy.
Companies' pre-launch marketing plan should incorporate traditional advertising, social media, trade
shows or active public relations and company-sponsored events or parties.
First of all , they need increase advertising. If a business already has an advertising strategy,
companies have to review this before product launch .And also they should build a new excitement
for consumers about their brand and it help their potential customers get to know and recognize
business.
Second, companies need promote launch via social media. These days, there is no easier way to get
attention than social media. you have to be sure that your business actively participate on social
media platforms and then begin using it to increase your launch. They should post photos and even
hold contests. this is a great way to get a lot of attention fast.
Third , they need hold a party or other events. If companies want to attract more attention to their
launch, they have to hold a launch party, concert or other events for customers. Companies should
advertise party via social media or on newspapers and magazines. They should increase participants
by advertising free or low-cost food, drinks and special contests or giveaways. Finally , i can add that
participating in trade shows and to incorporate public relations is also effective ways.

Both a small shop and a supermarket have many advantages and disadvantages
Advantages of small shops : first , the staff in small shops is usually very nice and friendly. People,
who sell in these shops know most of their customers well. They may advice you what to buy and
know what your favourite products are. If you don't have enough money to buy something, they may
let you pay later. You can always talk to the staff and you can be sure that you buy good quality
products. there are healthy foods in small shops.
Disadvantages of small shops :
it is very hard to keep something in secret. For example the shop assistant may tell your parents or
gossip about you , that you bought a beer or cigarettes. Another disadvantage is that there is not as
much wide variety of different products as in supermarkets. And also products are usually expensive
there and there is almost no promotion at small shops. As well as product selection is small there and
they are often closed on weekends. That's why people have to go to supermarkets for special needs.
Advantages of supermarkets:
The supermarket is bigger than the small shop and is better equipped. More people go to this kind of
shop. Everybody is anonymous for the shop assistant and generally prices are lower. There is
competition between supermarkets and this is in favor of customer. People can get everything they
want from the same place without going different places. There are often discounts in supermarkets
and range of products is superb. Supermarkets can attract people to ads and afford to employ
specialists which provide expert knowledge on various functions. They provide people with free car-
parking places , home deliveries and internet shopping , bars and restaurants and let them to use
credit cards.
Disadvantaged of supermarkets: despite these advantages the supermarket has also few
disadvantages. Products are shown on the shelves waiting for a customer to get them and sometimes
they are there for a very long time and past the sell-by date. Also cutomers are not given individual
attention and people who live far from this shops can't use these advantages .
But we can't forget that there are consumers who have no car, who are not on the internet, who live
in a cash economy, whose shopping budgets are too small to qualify for home deliveries, who need
their local shop for social contact and conversation. And we can't forget the small food producers. In
fact all food production starts small (scale) in limited size and depends on small retail shops

First of all, tipping is never compulsory. It is voluntary.
First, tips are under the table, which allows restaurants, servers and customers all to avoid a little bit
of taxes.
Another good thing about tipping is that it can make minimum wage laws less hard.
A third reason to like tipping is that it can be used as a reward for good service.
Tipping is a great opportunity to help someone else financially, who is working hard to earn a living
and probably earning a low wage for it. Why not give them a little extra for having served you all
night?
Maybe tipping have bad effects too on economy So tipping may seem unfair, but probably it gives
the restaurant industry — and wait staff employment — a boost. Theoretically this means that
tipping increases efficiency...
In addition, tips are unfair, bcs it pays lots of money to a server at an expensive restaurants and very
little money to one at a cheap restaurant, even though these two servers often provide exactly the
same quality of service . And also If you get poor service, speak to the management. If you get good
service, give a tip that's appropriate for here, not what you're used to at home.

If people have incredibly bad service in a restaurant, they don't have to tip at all.
Servers are paid less than minimum wage and are expected to make up the difference in tips. So
people don't have to get angry the hard-working servers! If the food is bad in a restaurant, they can't
punish the server by not leaving a tip. The server does not cook the food. If the food is bad, to notify
the manager is a good way. When a server's salary is made in large part by tips, then the server has
an encouraging to provide the best service possible.

say that fashion influences only clothing , it is necessary to say that at present moment fashion has a
deeper influence on the life of people , especially teens’s social life , people’s way of self expression
or if you are a working woman or man . It reflects mainly on teenegers . The youth of today are
affected by changing influence of fashion. The bags they carry , the watches they wear and the
clothes and the shoes that they wear expresses who they are. Their style might define group of
friends they spend time with or their ability. More than self expression , fashion is a mean of
confidence. It means that people feel good , more comfortable, confident when they wear clothes

To be a great thinker we have to learn something new as often as we can.
We don’t have to be afraid to be smart and say smart things.

We know The truth always come out. Sooner or later. by lying we can only gain time but it will

Actually i never thought of about any company that i would not buy its products.
But like all consumers i have standarts and steps that i go through before deciding to buy. I just want
tp give simple reasons that why i would buy or not .Firstly, If a product doesn't meet my
requirements, that probably is the reason. price is also an effective factor , but i would buy based on
the benefits a company's product brings me. In addition to price, i mean that consumers are
persuaded by the benefits of products and what they can do. Second ,i cannot purchase products i
am not aware of. If consumers don't know or have any interests about a product and a market is not
in the true target market or the message doesn't reach true people , most people will not buy these
products. Thirtly, i would not buy products that i perceive as having no value or unnecessary . I mean
if it doesn't make my life easirer , save my time , or doesn't satisfy. Finally, i cannot buy what is not
available to me. If i don't experience it , then this product is not accessible to me

how important is price to you

Pricing should be in line with the value of the benefits that a product provides for me

I think before deciding to buy that what benefits i gain from using product or service

May be Price is important factor,but not much in a buying decision.

If price was the most important factor for a customer, then all peple would buy the cheapest
available option(choice). But they don’t.
