    GMDSS SHORE-BASED MAINTENANCE - SERVICE AGREEMENT

    Between

    KELLY MARINE CC
    And

    BOURBON GABON
    On

    M/V “SURFER 19011”

    In accordance with SOLAS GMDSS Regulation stated in the Amendments to the 1974 Convention concerning Radio
    Communications for the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (Chapter IV Reg. 15), as also stated in IMO
    Resolution A702(17)

    In the case of a defect arising with the GMDSS equipment, itemised in the Radio Station License, KELLY MARINE CC, will
    on usual terms and conditions arrange one of the possibilities listed hereunder to solve the problem.

    1. Arrange repair through manufacturers international dealer network, or


    2. Forward replacement to vessel, or
    3. Send technician from KELLY MARINE CC.
