Introduction to World Religions and
Belief Systems

World Religions was a great opportunity for me to learn

about other beliefs in different countries. Before this
class, I was unaware of many of the religions that had
been discussed. It was fascinating to learn about the
various religions of Hinduism, Buddhism, Chinese
religion, Judaism, Islam, and Christianity. The Buddhist
religion was one of the most interesting to learn about,
however, it was even great to learn more about a familiar
religion, Christianity. There was a lot of information on
each of these religions and it was enjoyable to learn the
similarities and differences between each of them. In
particular, Buddhism was a complicated religion.
Contemporary Philippine Arts
from the Regions

Contemporary Art from the Region refers to an art form

that are developing in various region of the Philippines
that relied on the existing material in a specific period of a
province. It is an art produced at the present period.
Contemporary Art from the region help me to
understand how art affect our daily lives as a student
and as a person. Art has a huge part on our life
because it has as express what we feel. It affects our
daily lives through letting ourselves out and expressing
what we feel like. It helps us to develop our self and make
us to see the true meaning that we may not understand
before and vice versa. It provides as different
understanding of emotion, self-awareness and more.
English for Academic Purposes
Program

I have learned that EAPP or English for Academic and

Professional Purposes can help us students further
develop our communication skills for it is highly
significant on social interactions and academic purposes.
It teaches us how to be more competent about writing
and speaking the English language and also how to
communicate to others with confidence. Communication
is essential to the life of an individual for it is used on a
daily basis either by talking with peers, writing a thesis,
etc.
Practical Research 2

Practical research in grade 12 is an important opportunity for

students to develop essential research skills and gain practical
experience in conducting research. Reflection on the practical
research experience can help students to identify what they
have learned, what worked well, and what could be improved
for future research projects. Reflecting on the practical
research experience can help students to understand how their
research project was structured and how they carried out their
research. This can include reflecting on the research question,
methodology, data collection, analysis, and presentation of
results. Reflecting on the research process can also help
students to identify their strengths and weaknesses in research.
They can reflect on their ability to work independently and as
part of a team, as well as their critical thinking skills and
problem-solving abilities. Additionally, reflecting on the
practical research experience can help students to understand
the ethical considerations involved in research and the
importance of maintaining ethical standards.
Community Engagement

Community engagement, community leadership, and

service are most relevant community engagement. Being
engaged within the community which you live in I
essential to the growth and development of the
community. It is greatly important because there are
people within our community who need the help of
others. Being engaged within the community ensures that
everyone is working as a unit to solve problems. Without
participating in the betterment of my community I cannot
expect the change I would like to see within my
community.
Creative Writing

Taking a creative writing class was a good way for me to

express my thoughts and feelings onto paper, as well as
read my other classmates stories. Reading stories created
by other people lead me into their mind brain to
experience what type of writer they were, it was an
overall exquisite class. I believe that every person has a
way of expressing who they are through writing stories of
their own, fiction is the best way to express your creative
imagination. This class that I took for two years helped
me become a better writer and helped me understand the
types of writers we have.
Physical and Health 3

Physical education is a class that is designed to help

students improve their physical health and well-being.
Students can expect to participate in various activities
such as team sports, individual sports, dance, and fitness
activities. Physical education has been shown to be an
essential part of a student’s education. It helps students to
stay healthy, learn teamwork skills, and have fun. In
addition, physical education can also help students
maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of obesity.
 Philosophy

Philosophy in a simple language means love for wisdom

and I think everybody loves wisdom but not all people
are aware about the importance of Philosophy and its
role in shaping the better society. As most people I also
was not aware about the importance and gravity of
philosophy as well. In fact, I always thought philosophy
was a pretty inconsequential and vague subject until I
took the philosophy course this semester. My
perceptions and thoughts about the subject has changed
significantly afterwards. The course was completely
different than my expectation and its changing ever
since. I have learned many new things that certainly will
be helpful for me throughout my life. I have always had a
love for wisdom but I had never considered myself as
philosopher.
Understanding Culture, Society, and
Politics
Reflecting on UCSP (Understanding Cultural and Social
Perspectives), it's clear that this area of study plays a crucial
role in fostering empathy, tolerance, and global awareness.
UCSP courses typically delve into topics such as cultural
diversity, social justice, and human rights, providing students
with a deeper understanding of the complexities of society and
the world at large. Through UCSP, students are encouraged to
critically examine their own cultural biases and assumptions,
and to appreciate the diverse perspectives and experiences of

CPAR, which stands for Critical Path Analysis and

Reflecting on CPAR, it's evident that its systematic

PEH3, which stands for Physical Education and Health 3, represents a
