Building Rationale
The building is intended for a six-member Christian Jamaican family, consisting of a mother,

father, and four kids. The structure was created with the $5,000,000JMD financial allowance in

mind.

The traditional house is designed as a one-story home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms,

and walk-in closets. A walk-in pantry and a large, open concept living, dining, and kitchen area

are key features of the design. There is also an indoor washroom. There are two ways enter and

exit the building.
