3.1 Angle calibration

a) Low angle ： move the cursor to ‘low

angle’, rise your crane boom to be 32 ° ,

to input low value as 32 ° .

long press (Enter) to lock and save the signal

value (XRAD signal value will turn to red
with blue shadow).
b) High angle： move the cursor to ‘high
angle’, rise your crane boom to be angle

70°, to input high angle value

as 70°. long press (Enter) to lock and save

the signal value (DRAD signal value will
turn to red with blue shadow).

c) move the cursor to ‘3 Save’, long press (Enter) to save and back.

3.2 Length calibration

a) Basic boom length: move the cursor to ‘1

basic boom length’, retract your crane boom

to be basic boom length, to input

basic boom length value, long press (Enter) to

lock and save the signal value (XLAD signal
value will turn to red with blue shadow).

b) Max boom length: move the cursor to ‘2

Fully length’, fully extended your crane to be

the max. Boom length, to input

actual fully extended length value, long press

(Enter) to lock and save the signal value (DLAD signal value will turn to red with blue shadow).

c) move the cursor to ‘3 Save’, long press (Enter) to save and back.

3.3 Boom collection

LAD: Length signal value；

WAD: load signal value；
RAD: angle signal value;
JD: actual angle；
BC: actual boom length；
SWAD: upper cylinder signal；
XWAD: Lower cylinder signal

a) e.g.: to collect signal of 14m boom length,

retract/extend boom length till BC value be: 14.00) , in this case will appear ‘collecting’ red color in blue
shadow.
b): raise/down boom to related angle. Check JD value, e.g.: to collect signal of angle 49°, raise the boom
till JD value turn to 49.00. in this case will appear ‘collecting’ red color in blue shadow.
c): when b) and c) finished，press(enter)to collect load signal value and show on the display.
d):collect all signal value in same way above. After finishing all signal value, press (function) to move the
cursor to (Save), long press(enter) to save the data.

3.4 Load calibration

Raise the boom to a known angle(about

6°),lifting a known weights,input this weights
value,long press (Enter)to lock the load signal
value（WAD value will turn to be red with blue
shadow). press（function）to move the cursor to
save and back. Long press (enter) to finish load
calibration.

4. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

·Do not pull the cable to prevent from damaging, When need to remove the whole machine, pay

attention to connectors, in order to avoid pollution, and affect the working.

·Non-maintenance people shall not adjust the internal parameters of the instrument. If an abnormality

occurs, firstly follow the instructions manual. If still failed, please report to the relevant people.

·If crane working conditions are changed, please revise working condition parameters in time to make

the crane work properly.

·The system is not absolutely to prevent accidents caused by dangerous factors (not operating

according to safety regulations). Therefore, the safe operating procedures cannot be ignored during

working.

·Regularly inspect the system accuracy to ensure crane safety use（inspection period is 4-6 months).
