With our experienced team of engineers and specialists your asset will meet global
safety demands and that it will be back in operation on schedule and budget - in
better shape than ever.

We will adapt to your needs through hassle-free up and down-scaling. As an

independent company, VATECH has developed a knowledge base that includes
experience across a broad spectrum of equipment manufacturers and technical
designs.

Found in 2014 as a machinery and equipment rental company and seeing the demand
of the segment and region for quality repair services, VATECH has decided to gradually
start providing full scope of works related to maintenance and repair of rotating
equipment, motors, compressors and valves. Based on data and experience, VATECH is
in an excellent position to improve the original designs for their intended service.
OUR SERVICES DEVIDED TWO MAIN PARTS

FIELD SERVICES WORKSHOP

24/7 Field & Emergency Services Our workshop is a reconstruction type

of workshop and, accordingly, our
Field Service Capabilities machining park is designed to perform
Pump Installation & Start-up the most complex remachining work.
Field Engineering & Troubleshooting
Pump Vibration Analysis Inspection
Field Machining & Onsite Welding Reverse Engineering
Turnkey Services Manufacturing
Project Management Reconditining
Emergency Services Qc control / Test Run
VATECH’s experienced Field Service Engineers and Technisians are
backgroundly skilled at performing and supporting engineered pumps,
gas/steam turbines, high speed couplings, turboexpanders, compressors,
piston engines, heat exchanges, valves installations and startups.

Whether installing equipment repaired by VATECH or new

or replacement components, our cross-OEM trained Field
Service Team will be your lifeline to a timely project
completion and successful equipment start-up.
It is a firm and long-term commitment of VATECH to support its customers through high
quality service needed to maintain the reliability and economy of the equipment supplied.
This commitment includes the continuous development of the services network, individual
training with our partners of each employee in service and the development of service
products that can provide Life Cycle Support according to the Total Quality Management
principle to the operation of equipment supplied.

Field Service in general, is responsible and moreover has to be prepared to provide

resources and structures to perform the activities covered by the
Total Service Concept , amongst which:

skilled personnel equipment workshops

tools technical support machinery

that are necessary in order to perform commissioning, warranty,

lifecycle maintenance and repair activities.
When a pump is critical to the operation of your plant, it is
important to work with an experienced Field Service Team.

Vatech’s Field Engineers and Technicians have extensive cross-OEM

knowledge, enabling them to work on many pump makes and
models.

Vatech’s experience, coupled with our extensive collection of

historical data and engineering support, enables us to provide
solutions for your pump problems.
Vatech's experienced Field Service Team work closely with plant
personnel and Vatech’s in-house engineering team to solve system
related challenges. We understand that problems can be caused by
many variables within the system.

Our inter-department collaboration coupled with the availability of

collected data resources in our library enable us to thoroughly
evaluate your system. A thorough evaluation by advanced field
engineering staff can help to determine areas of the system that
can be modified or enhanced to meet or exceed performance
requirements or cost reduction opportunities.
Vatech’s Field Service Team can assist your maintenance and
reliability efforts by using multichannel data collection and analysis
hardware/software to analyze a pump's vibration signatures.

Vibration analysis has proven to be an effective tool for detecting

problems early on, allowing enough time for the root cause to be
determined and reducing the potential for more serious problems
to evolve.
For major projects, our engineering team can support any level of
sophistication warranted by your condition monitoring program.
Vatech’s Field Service Technicians use state-of-the-art tools and
techniques for critical equipment repairs in the field.
Vatech offers support for field machining as well as full orbital and
robotic welding operations which may require post weld heat treat,
certification and NDE. In the case that post weld heat treat is required,
Vatech’s Field Service Technicians can offer stress relieving to reduce
the residual stresses that may result from welding.
Stress relieving offers several benefits, including greater dimensional
stability, reduced potential for stress corrosion cracking, and reduced
chances for hydrogen induced cracking.
VATECH’s Field Service Team work with your plant liaisons to
coordinate and plan the entire job from start to finish.

We provide all the tools and labor to complete the job and can
perform the finer details of the workscope.

Communication is the most important part of successful turnkey

projects, and Hydro coordinates daily with your plant liaisons to
assure timely updates of emerging issues and job status.
Vatech offers technical oversight support which enables a plant to
free up personnel during an outage so they can manage peripheral
projects.

Vatech’s Field Service Team work directly with your maintenance

staff to supervise all activities onsite that will achieve the
requirements of the workscope.

Vatech’s offer guidance to fine tune the workscope and project

timeline, discover efficiencies, work with third party labor groups,
and determine cost reduction opportunities.
Vatech understands that when an emergency occurs, you need to
get your process or plant back up as quickly as possible. Our
Emergency Response is one of the best in the industry, providing
24/7 support 365 days of the year.

Our Emergency Response Planning includes several resources and

processes.

What constitutes quality pump repair? Quite simply,
VATECH pays attention to the details.

By providing a thorough inspection, extensive process

control procedures, and stricter tolerances than the
industry standard, VATECH consistently delivers a high
quality product.

The end result? Equipment that VATECH repairs isn’t as

good as new- it’s better.
We have innovative solutions for comprehensive
assessment and inspection of equipment using various
tools ( Radiographic Testing, Vibration Analysis and etc.);

3D scanning inspection for align and dimension checking:

Deeply damaged parts are inspected and modeled, which

will allow us to manufacture them;
Reverse engineering is the examination, testing, and
analysis of a component to define and document all of the
parameters and critical attributes necessary to
manufacture, repair or modify it. Dimensions, tolerances,
surface finishes, and fit or clearance to adjoining items are
determined.

Designed for ease of installation and maintenance, Vatech
uses wireless sensors to collect information, such as
pressure, vibration, and temperature. These sensors
are connected to a wireless gateway.

The gateway then transmits collected information

to the cloud using cellular, Wi-Fi, or a wired
connection. On the cloud, data is stored and
analyzed using powerful AI-driven
algorithms. This data can be accessed
remotely by plant personnel and
Vatech’s engineers.
