many and what kind of employees you'll need.
2. Recruitment: Once you know the positions you need to fill, you can start attracting
qualified candidates. This involves crafting job descriptions, selecting the right
recruitment channels (job boards, social media, etc.), and actively seeking out potential
hires.

3. Selection: Here, you'll evaluate the pool of applicants through methods like interviews,
resume screening, and skills testing. The goal is to shortlist the most qualified and
suitable candidates for the open positions.

4. Placement: After selecting the best candidate, you'll formally offer them the position
and negotiate the terms of employment. Once they accept, this step involves assigning
them to a specific role and team within the company.

5. Training & Development: New hires won't be experts on day one. Providing proper
training equips them with the knowledge and skills they need to perform their jobs
effectively. Development goes beyond initial training and focuses on helping employees
continuously improve their skills and grow within the company.
