AGENDA:
1. The meeting started with a prayer led by Sir Randy Navarette. Ma’am
Florendo presided over the meeting.
2. The following points are discussed and emphasized:

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the upcoming training program for
teachers' development.The facilitator provided an overview of the training program,
highlighting its importance in enhancing teaching skills and professional growth.
The program aimed to address various areas, including instructional strategies,
classroom management, student assessment, and technology integrationin relation
to Gender and Development.
The facilitator encouraged teachers to actively participate, engage in discussions,
and share their experiences throughout the training.
The facilitator presented an outline of the training modules, which would cover
different topics in each session.
The training sessions would be conducted on specific dates and times, with a
combination of presentations, group activities, and hands-on exercises.
A detailed schedule with session topics and dates would be shared with the
teachers after the meeting.
The floor was opened for teachers to ask questions or seek clarifications regarding
the training program.
Several teachers raised queries related to the duration of each session, availability
of training materials, and the evaluation process.
The facilitator addressed all the queries and provided satisfactory explanations

participate in the upcoming training sessions.
Closing remarks were made, thanking all the attendees for their active participation

This complies with the annual VAWC campaign program to promote gender and
development in the school level. This promotes safe and positive gender culture
