The project aims to create a unique and holistic experience for senior high school
students by combining the cultural richness of “Palarong Pinoy” with Psychosocial Support
Activities. By promoting physical activity, teamwork, cultural appreciation, and emotional well –
being, this project seeks to enhance the overall development of students in a comprehensive
manner.
III. Project Objectives

Project PEACES has the following objectives:
1. Introduce students to traditional Filipino games through “Palarong Pinoy” fostering
cultural awareness and appreciation.
2. Create an inclusive and supportive environment that addresses the psychosocial needs of
the students, promoting emotional well – being, self – confidence and interpersonal skills.
3. Enhance teamwork, communication, and cooperation among students through team-
based traditional games.
4. Provide participants with tools and techniques for managing stress, developing emotional
resilience and maintaining a positive mindset.
IV. Monitoring and Evaluation
To ensure the effective implementation of the project and assess its impact on students’
emotional well – being, cultural awareness, teamwork, and stress management skills,
Monitoring:
1. Attendance and Participation:
a. Keep a record of student attendance ang engagement in all project activities.
b. Monitor the level of participation in “Palarong Pinoy” games, workshops, and
psychosocial support sessions.
2. Facilitator Observations:
a. Assigned facilitator (teacher) to observe students’ interactions, emotional
expressions, and engagement during activities.

3. Workshop Feedback
a. Collect feedback from participants after each activity to assess the relevance and
effectiveness of the project
Evaluation:
1. Pre – and Post Event Assessments
a. Administer pre – event and post event surveys to measure students emotional well
– being, stress levels, cultural awareness, and perceptions of teamwork.
2. Cultural Expression Reflections

a. Collect written or verbal reflections from students on their experience with cultural
expression activities
b. Analyze these reflections to gauge students’ connection to their heritage and
personal growth
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
1. Solicit feedback from students and facilitators after the project concludes
2. Use this feedback to refine the project design, workshop content, and activities for future
implementations.
3. Continuously seek ways to enhance the integration of psychosocial support with
“Palarong Pinoy” to better meet students’ needs.
V. Project Mechanics:
1. Students and Teachers Registration
a. Open registration for students and teachers with a Registration Fee of P50.00
for the students and P100.00 for Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff.
b. Registration fee will be used for the needed supplies and prizes for the event
project.
2. Pre – Event Orientation
a. Conduct an orientation session (per class) to introduce students to the project’s
objectives, activities, and the concept of psychosocial support
b. Provide an overview of “Palarong Pinoy” games and the integration of cultural
and emotional elements.
3. Workshops
a. Organize workshops on stress management, emotional expression, cultural
appreciation, and interpersonal skills.
b. Engage students in interactive discussions, group activities and role – playing
activities.
c. Provide practical tools and techniques for managing stress and enhancing
emotional well-being.
4. Palarong Pinoy Game Sessions
a. Plan a series of “Palarong Pinoy” games that emphasize teamwork, cooperation
and cultural awareness.

5. Post – Event Interviews
a. Conduct individual or group interviews with students to gain deeper insights
