    Job Title: Sales and Marketing intern

    Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

    L'espoir is a forwarding-thinking company specializing in offering fully owned and built inhouse
    AI data center with high performance computing capability paired with a dedicated IT oursourcing
    office in HCMC.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Contribute to Content Posting and Social Media Management:

    • Aid in posting content, updating website content, and managing the company's social
    media platforms.
    • Schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics.

    2. Support in Market Research and Partner Network Development:

    • Assist in conducting market research activities and expanding partner networks.


    • Gather data, analyze market trends, and identify potential partners.

    3. Engage in Customer Acquisition and Development:

    • Participate in activities aimed at acquiring and developing customer relationships.


    • Assist in digital marketing campaigns, attend events, and communicate with potential clients.

    4. Assist in Designing and Implementing Marketing Campaigns:

    • Contribute to planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.


    • Brainstorm ideas, prepare marketing materials, and monitor campaign performance.

    5. Aid in Content Creation and Marketing Materials Design:

    • Support the creation of compelling content and design of marketing materials.


    • Write blog posts, create graphics, and suggest new advertising ideas.

    6. Provide Support in Employer Branding Communication:

    • Assist in planning and executing employer branding communication strategies to establish


    the company as an attractive employer.
    • Create content for employer branding materials, manage job postings, and engage with
    potential candidates on social media platforms to promote the company's employer brand.

    Requirements:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
    • Third or fourth-year student majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
    fields.
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online marketing tools such as SEO, social
    media advertising, email marketing, and data analysis.
    • Can-do" attitude, capable of fast learning and handling high-pressure situations
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative advertising ideas.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Experience in content creation and social media management is a plus.


    • Experience in a tech startup or technology-driven company environment is a plus.
