    “RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND AFFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF


    ROKIE E. HADJINOOR AS BARANGAY TREASURER RESPECTIVELY OF
    BARANGAY SUNGGOD, MUNICIPALITY OF SAGUIARAN, LANAO DEL
    SUR”

    WHEREAS, after the presiding officer formally opened the first session
    conducted, after the barangay secretary declared the meeting to be in quorum, the
    newly elected Punong Barangay placed further the meeting to come to order;

    WHEREAS, on motion of Barangay Kagawad NAJER M. BARA-ACAL that the


    appointment of Barangay Treasurer ROKIE E. HADJINOOR be confirmed/affirmed
    by the body for being qualified to such position, based on the background investigation,
    duly seconded in chorus by all Barangay Kagawad present;

    RESOLVED, the appointment of the Barangay Treasurer, unanimously affirmed


    by the Barangay Legislative Body to attest to the truth that the said Appointed officials
    must perform their duties and functions as the law, legal order/directive and ordinances
    may direct them to do so;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that the appointee is not related to the appointing


    authority within the fourth civil degree by consanguinity or affinity;

    RESOLVED further that a copy of this resolution is forwarded to all offices


    concerned and copy furnish the appointee for information, ready references and files.
