    We are manufacturers of crushing and screening machinery based out of hyderabad. We have developed wheel mounted mobile crushing and screening machinery with
    various configurations.

    Please find attached GA drawings with overall dimensions and maximum weights.

    We are looking to get the units certified as completely built units. Kindly guide us on the next steps

    Thank you for sharing the trailer details.

    As per the dimensions in drawings the height and width of the trailer is exceeding the CMVR limit (limits Height-4.0m and width- 2.6m). Hence the trailer cannot be type
    approved as per CMV rules.

    As per drawings both the trailers can meet dimension requirements of trailer but the front end of primary trailer may obstruct the prime mover during turning as its overhang is
    extended beyond trailer.

    Kindly check the weights on axle as per safe axle loading and tyre load rating whether it is complying the requirement.

    Thanks for the prompt response. Overhang portion if required we will fold it or increase the trailer length. We will check the axle loading and weight calculations.

    Regarding the secondary trailer, I hope Trailer construction style and shape is not a constraint. Please advise.
