    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    This nationwide online and colouring contest is organized by Alpro


    Pharmacy (will be referred to as The Organizer).
    There will be no charge for participating in this contest ( FREE ).
    This contest is open to children residing in Malaysia age 7-12 years old.
    This contest period is from 15th April 2023 until 21st May 2023.
    This contest has two categories:
    Category A: 7 to 9 years old
    ~Color tone, Neatness, Originality
    Category B: 10 to 12 years old
    ~Creativeness, Color tone, Neatness, Originality
    Complete with crayon & color pencils only (paper size: A4).
    All submissions must be the participant’s original work and no part or
    component there of is copied from any other work or material.
    Participants are not allowed to submit more than one (1) artwork to The
    Organizer.
    Completed artwork to be submitted ONLINE.
    Upload one (1) clear photo of the completed artwork and one (1) clear photo
    of the participant with his/her artwork.
    Artwork submission closes on 21st May 2023 at 11:59PM.

    Pharmacist FB Group on 26th May 2023

    The organizer RESERVES THE RIGHT to :

    Withhold the prizes or disqualify any contestants entry in this event if any
    contestant fails or refuses to comply with the T&Cs of this colouring
    contest.
    Use or publish any of the particular or pictures of the contestants or winner
    of this contest.
    All entries shall become the property of the organiser. All decisions made
    by the organiser and judges will be final and no dispute will be entertained.
    FAQ S
    Who may participate?
    The contest is open to children ages 7 to 12 for all Malaysians.

    Can I submit multiple entries?


    Each contestant is only limited to ONE (1)SUBMISSION as 1 contestant will be entitled to ONE prize only.

    Must artwork be original?


    Yes. Artwork must be original and made by the student individually, without any assistance. A book or
    other piece of writing cannot be used to copy or trace an artwork. Computer-generated graphics and
    images will not be accepted.

    What materials can be used to complete the artworks?


    For both categories, only complete with crayons and coloured pencils.

    How will the entries be judged?


    Judging Criteria
    Category A: 7 to 9 years old
    Color tone, Neatness, Originality
    Category B: 10 to 12 years old
    Creativeness, Color tone, Neatness, Originality

    How to get a hardcopy certificate?


    You may collect a hardcopy certificate and redeem RM5 vouchers at the nearest Alpro Pharmacy Outlets.

    How will the winners be notified?


    Winners will be notified in May. The return of a prize notification as undeliverable or the inability to contact
    a potential winner may result in disqualification.

    What are the requirements to enter?


    By completing the registration form, entrants agree to use or publish any of the particular or pictures of
    the contestants or winner of this contest.
    All entries shall become the property of the organiser. All decisions made by the organiser and judges will
    be final and no dispute will be entertained.
