providing the opportunity to make lifetime
friendships with different families.

ENTRY FEE

Each Contestant at the Little Miss Pink Pearls
Pageant MUST send a $30.00 or $40.00 NON
REFUNDABLE Entry Fee IMMEDIATELY to secure
their position. (We only accept certain number of
contestants in each division).
 Registration Form and Entry Fee MUST be
submitted together.

COMPETITION
GUIDELINES
  Application, Entry fee, Rules and Accident Waiver and Release 
form MUST be filled out, paid and signed to compete. 
 2 Minutes Max for each area of competition
 Props­ 3 Minutes Max for setup and breakdown
 No More than 2 extra people in Theme Wear
 Custom Music­ Theme Wear ONLY Theme Wear Music is 
optional if you choose not to have your own music we will provide 
one for you. Theme Wear music MUST be 2 min long

Deadline: Saturday July 25th, 2018
 
(During Theme Wear you can do whatever you like on stage but
make sure the contestant walk the stage as well)

 Sponsorship­ Please see point guide.... Your child will earn 
a portion of their overall pageant score based on the amount 
of sponsorship money raised. The more money raised, the 
more points she will receive.

COMPETITION GUIDELINES
CONTINUED
 If doing Photogenic an 5x7 or 8×10 photo needs to 
be submitted for judging 
Deadline: Wednesday August 11th, 2018

Admission Tickets­ Each Contestant is REQUIRED to sell 10
tickets at the price of $10.00 each. 
(NO EXCEPTIONS) If you need more tickets just get with me any
time to receive more. The price at the door is $15.00

 When you submit an application and payment you will then be
mailed your tickets to sell. All you need to do is ask 10 people who
love your child! Grandmother, Grandfather, Aunts, Uncles,
Cousins, Neighbors, and Co­workers or friends who will want to
come out and support.
 EVERYONE MUST HAVE AN ADMISSION TICKET to be
admitted in the 
Pageant, Including parents. 
 NO ONE will be allowed in without an Admission Ticket. There is
limited seating. 
Children 3 and under are free
*Each Contestant will receive 2 free parent tickets*
Ticket Money and Tickets are due Wednesday July 18th, 2018

Tickets will be entered in for a drawing!!

*If Sponsorship requirement and ticket money NOT met the child CAN NOT compete in The Little Miss Pink
Pearls Pageant unless the parent or other cover the required fees. *

OPTIONAL CATEGORIES

Optional categories provide more opportunity for
contestants to go home with recognition. Only one
person in each category goes home as queen, but if a
contestant is recognized for the other positive
 Qualities she possesses, and then she goes home
feeling good about herself even if she doesn't win the
crown.

 Most Beautiful (Judged During Formal)

 Prettiest Eyes (Judged During Formal)

 Best Dressed (Judged During Theme Wear)
 Most Photogenic (Judged Separately)

and any kind of bottoms and shoes 
 Theme Wear: Theme Wear can be any kind of custom

made Creative outfit of any choice or something related to
the theme “Back To School”
 Formal Wear: Can be any style of dress from church

wear to Pageant dresses short or long any color

 AWARDS AND OUR
PROMISE
Our pageant system promise to give back as much as possible in
 Awards, prizes and gifts. Everyone that competes in our competition
 Will take home prizes and gifts! No child will go home empty
 Handed ever!

WE ARE ALL WINNERS
 Six Division Queens ­will receive a Crown, Sash, Trophy, 
Certificate, CASH ON STAGE and their way paid to finals 
along with other prizes
  1st and 2nd Runner Ups­will receive a Sash, Trophy and a
Certificate.
 Optional Winners­will receive a Medal
 One Overall/ Grand Supreme Winner­will receive a 
Crown, Sash, Trophy, Certificate, CASH ON STAGE and 
their way paid to finals with other prizes.
 All Other Contestants will receive A Certificate, Trophy 
and other goodies.

AGE DIVISIONS
Contestants must be entered in the age division according to their
 Age on the day of the pageant. There are five categories

Categories Are:
 Teeny Tiny Miss (1­2)
Tiny Miss (3­4)
Petite Miss (5­6)
Little Miss (7­9)
Junior Miss (10­12)
Miss (13­17)

 GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP
Good sportsmanship is essential in all competition. Please applaud 
each contestant’s performance on stage. If any contestant, parent
 Or any member of the contestant’s party does not conduct themselves
 In the proper manner or disrupts the pageant in any way at any time,
 Before, during or after the pageant, it will result in immediate 
disqualification and forfeiting of all trophies, fees, titles, and eligibility
 to compete in future pageants. Any parent who cannot accept 
The decision of the judges should not enter pageant competitions.

PAGEANT DAY INFORMATION
 Please arrive by 10:30am coming through the back stage 
door (Contestants need to remain backstage until the 
pageant starts) 
 Pageant flow (Opening, Theme Wear, Formal Wear)
 Dressing room passes need to be worn and seen at all times, 
and need to be returned at the end of the pageant

 It will be refreshments in the dressing room for contestants,
 Parents and assistants
 Doors open to family and friends at 12noon NO GUEST will 
be
 Allowed in the Theater before this time and Pageant Starts at 
12:30pm
 Lobby will be open at 11:30am for guest to view vendor tables
  Photos will be taken on stage of all the contestants
 Queens Please stay after the pageant on stage for pictures

 Pageant each time you refer a friend then you will receive an
 Amazing $5.00 DISCOUNT 
Off your 2017 “Back To School” Pageant fees once they

For lost articles or personal property due to theft, accident or injury
During participation in
The Little Miss Pink Pearls Pageant.
Failure to comply with all Rules Regulations will result in immediate
Disqualification and forfeiting of all prizes,
fees, etc. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
