Thank you for your interest in Palagi Cafe Coffee Booth Service. To avail of our Palagi Cafe Coffee Booth Service, you
need to complete and return this document to us with a deposit of ₱ 1,500 to secure your desired date and services.
The complete balance will be due on or 2 weeks before of the event date.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This CONTRACT outlines an agreement and includes all contractual obligations made between PALAGI CAFE
COFFEE BOOTH SERVICES hereinafter referred to as "Provider", "We", or "Our" and
______________________________________ hereinafter referred to as "Client", "You", or "Your" on
______________________(Date).
The contract is entered into to provide Palagi Cafe Coffee booth rental services for your specified event on the date,
time, and location indicated.
SERVICE PACKAGE:
Included in the package are the following items and services:

- SETUP Palagi Cafe Coffee Booth
- Complete Equipment
- 3 hours event duration + 1 Hour FREE
- 4 Professional Barista with Great Uniform
- 12oz, 16oz, 22oz Dabba cup with the preferred client’s theme
- Different Flavors of Coffee and Non-Coffee Drink
- Big Mirror for the Guest’s Mirror shot
SERVICE PRICING:

Palagi Cafe Coffee Booth: 3 hours + FREE 1 Hour extension = ₱
BOOKING:
A minimum booking period of 3 hours is required. When the token deposit payment and signed contract are
received, your desired date and services will be booked.
PAYMENT:
A non-refundable token deposit of ₱ 1,500.00 to book your desired date and services. The remaining balance must
be paid on or the Day before of the event date.

LOGISTIC/TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation allowance is Applicable. Areas or Provinces may vary depending on kilometer distance.
MEALS:
Crew meals is exclusive in the rate provided. We have 4 professional Barista and 1 driver (depending on the service
and add on booked) to set up, operate and take down to booth/s. We will work from 4-6 hours to make your event
gratifying for your guests. Thus, meal allowance or decent pack meals is essential.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING:
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days before your event date or you will be responsible for
paying the full invoiced amount.
If something occurs to affect your date, please let us know immediately to discuss options.
BOOTH SETUP & REMOVAL:

We will deliver, set up, and remove the Coffee booth from your event location. We require access to the venue at
least 2 hours before the scheduled event start time. This is necessary to organize and set up the coffee booth
properly before your event begins.
After the event, we require up to 1 hour to remove the setup. It is your responsibility to ensure we have access to
the event space.
We cannot be held responsible for delays (or incomplete setup) if not allowed a reasonable amount of time and/or
provided with the right resources required to complete the setup.
BOOTH OPERATIONS:
To use the Palagi Cafe Coffee booth, guests are required to fall in line to get their preferred drinks. The cups from
our booth are limited (depends on the client’s package) if the guests exceed on the cup limits the clients are
responsible to pay the exceeding cups. (12oz= 50php, 16oz=60php, 22oz=70php)
SETUP REQUIREMENTS:
Big enough to placed our coffee cart and for our professional barista work conveniently
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
We shall not be responsible should inclemently weather, acts of God, war, terrorist acts, government regulation,
riots, civil disorder, disaster, strikes, power outages, etc. make it impossible to fulfill our obligations as set out in
this agreement.
We will do our best to be flexible with providing alternatives where such a situation arises. It is clearly understood that
there will be no refunds or discounts for loss or failure of performance due to factors outside and beyond our control.
We reserve the right to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to us, our equipment, or
guests.
EQUIPMENT:
All the coffee booth equipment is the property of PALAGI CAFE COFFEE BOOTH SERVICES and must remain onsite at
the setup space
LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION:
We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages concerning any claim arising from or
related in any way to this agreement and services provided. The Client will indemnify and hold harmless PALAGI
CAFE COFFEE BOOTH SERVICES and any booth attendants against any liability related to damage or loss as a result
of improper functioning of equipment or loss of data.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the Client's responsibility to provide PALAGI CAFE COFFEE BOOTH SERVICES and our attendants a safe working
environment free from hazards, attacks, threats of violence, or harassment of any kind.
The attendant reserves the right to cease operations immediately and take possession of all equipment if they become
unsafe. No refunds will be made under such circumstances.
By signing this document, you agree to use our services under the Terms and Conditions of this
