2.00 CONCRETE WORK / REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE :-

2.1 Plain Cement Concrete
Providing and Laying of PCC (with pump / manual) with all labour, vibrator,T&P etc including Curing

complete. M10 grade Concrete as per detailed specification in GFC Drawings.
Providing and Laying Laying Reinforced Concrete cement of specific grade as per approved design mix by
Pump / Manual. The rate shall include placing the concrete of all grades at all leads & lifts with the help of
Tower Crane/Skip buckets or by using concrete pumps of suitable capacity or it may poured manually by
labours with all required pipe lines and cement slurry required for pump priming, spreading, mechanical

Providing and laying : Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form

beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.
4.00 STEEL REINFORCEMENT :-
Laying and fixing in position MS / HYSD bar reinforcement for RCC insitu & precast work i/c straightening,
cutting, bending and placing in position by tying with 20 gauge MS annealed binding wire complete as per
4.01 drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rate is inclusive of the cost of binding wire. M.T 17.383 62550
Allowable wastage in
Reinforcement bars are up to 1.5% physical and 0.5% invisible.
5.00 BRICK WORK :-
Providing and laying 100mm thick brick work with 1st class bricks designation 150 in basement in cement
mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including curing,jointed, cleaning, and soaking the bricks at least for 24
5.01 hours before use,curing etc for 7 days etc all complete i/c cost of all material,Labour,T&P etc & required SQ.MT. 716.25 810 4" Brick work

Providing and laying 230mm thick brick work with 1st class bricks designation 150 in basement in cement
5.02 mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including curing,jointed, cleaning, and soaking the bricks at least for 24 CUM. 215.625 5850 9" Brick work
hours before use,curing etc for 7 days etc all complete i/c cost of all material,Labour,T&P etc & required
completion of work.
6.00 Plaster :-
Provding and applying 12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on mechanical mixing
only concrete surface and brick surface walls including hacking, curing, scaffolding, finishing to perfect plumb Plaster quantity only for upper the
