    Introduction to CMS -
    A Content Management System (CMS) is software that enables users to create, manage,
    and modify content on a website without requiring technical expertise. In other words, a CMS
    allows you to build a website without needing to write code from scratch or even know how
    to code at all.

    Here are the key points about CMS:

    1. User-Friendly Content Creation: With a CMS, you can create content using an
    interface that resembles tools like Microsoft Word. This simplifies the process
    compared to manually writing static HTML files and uploading them to a server.
    2. Media Management: CMS platforms include features for managing media, such as
    images. Instead of directly interacting with the web server, you can easily browse and
    organize your media library within the CMS.
    3. Two Core Parts:
    Content Management Application (CMA): This part allows you to add and manage
    content on your site.
    Content Delivery Application (CDA): The backend process that stores and makes
    the content visible to visitors.
    4. Examples of Popular CMS Platforms:
    WordPress: A widely used CMS that powers millions of websites.
    Wix: Another user-friendly CMS for website development and updates.
    Adobe Experience Manager: A robust enterprise-level CMS for managing digital

    for developers.

    WordPress’s functionality and customize the look and feel of your site.
    Free and Open Source: The software doesn’t cost anything, and anyone can install, use,
    and modify it freely.
    What a website offers -
    A website offers a digital presence where individuals, businesses, or organizations can
    share information, interact with visitors, and provide various services. Here are some
    common features that a website offers:

    1. Information Sharing: Websites serve as platforms to share information about


    products, services, and more. They can include about pages, contact details, and
    portfolios.
    2. Communication Channels: Websites provide channels for communication with
    visitors through contact forms and email addresses. Blogs allow regular updates and
    discussions.
    3. Security and Privacy: Websites ensure data security through SSL certificates,
    firewalls, and secure protocols. Privacy policies inform users about data collection
    and usage.

    So, website is basically a mass medium of communication by a single person or a company


    can potentially interact with every person of the web.
