    NOTICE

    November 8, 2023

    Barangay San Vicente, Jabonga, Agusan del Norte

    Dear Hon. Estoque:

    Greetings from the Department of the Interior and Local Government!

    In line with the implementation of Section 22 of Republic Act (RA) No. 10742, otherwise
    known as the “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015”, as amended by RA No.
    11768, DILG-COMELEC-NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2017-01 dated June 23,
    2017, and DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2023 -168 dated November 7, 2023, you
    are hereby directed to attend the scheduled Pambayang Pederasyon Orientation and
    Election on November 14, 2023 at the Jabonga Gymnasium, Jabonga, Agusan del
    Norte at 8:30 o'clock in the morning.

    Please be advised to bring the original and photocopy of the Certificate of


    Proclamation issued by COMELEC, Oath of Office as the Elected SK Chairperson, and
    the Certificate of Completion/Attendance/Participation of the SK Mandatory
    Training, for you to be able to join and participate in the said activity.

    In this connection, be informed that a Registration Fee of Php 1,700.00 shall be


    collected to defray the payment of supplies, meals, and other administrative expenses,
    chargeable against your barangay/SK funds, subject to the usual accounting, auditing
    rules and regulations, and other applicable laws.

    For confirmation, you are encouraged to coordinate with us, immediately upon receipt of
    this Written Notice. Please be informed that failure to attend the Pambayang
    Pederasyon Orientation and Election ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan may be a ground
    for possible administrative charge for neglect of duty, as provided for under RA 10742,
    as amended, and other applicable laws and issuances.
