• Dust Inhale. • Ensure to wear the required PPE’s like Safety Googles, Hand Gloves, etc.
• Eyes Infection. • Maintain the proper illumination.
3 Area marking for core cutting • Skin Infection. • Conduct the job specified training before starts works. Supervisor & Safety officer
• Vision Impairments. • Remove all the rolling & tripping obstruction materials.
• Slip & Fall materials • Ensure the area should isolated & barricading tapes, with signages.
• Ensure the area housekeeping should be neat and clean

• Exposure of Slurry Waste. • Provide the Ear Muff & Goggles for workers.
• Exposure of Vibration. • Provide the rubber gloves to remove the slurry waste.
• Exposure of Noise. • Ensure the bolts has been fixed properly.
• Electrocution. • Ensure the diamond blade has been free cut & damages.
• Vision Impairments • Provide the tine gap for workers / Deploy sufficient trained person.
• Provide the cut resistant hand gloves.
• Ensure the cable are routed through overhead rubber insulated stands
• Cable are free from cut & joints & Use the industrials plug-tops.

• Slurry & Cut piece has been disposal by vendor.

• Slurry waste has been removed on periodically basis.
• Segregate the waster as per type.
