As a 100+ year-old family business that started in 1919, Sintesa Group (PT Widjajatunggal Sejahtera) has paved the way to become a leading
strategic investment company. We play roles as shareholders and parent company that manages a number of business portfolios. As the
holding company, we conduct business expansion as well as hold a strategic control function that focuses on revenue growth and efficiency to
increase net profit.

Our strategic objectives of accelerating growth strategy is through building new business as well as developing new strategy partnerships with
potential business players on the 4 main business pillars.

We currently have 4 main business pillars: Property, Consumer Products, Industrial Products and Energy with 15+ subsidiaries. Two out of our
subsidiaries are publicly listed companies, registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange.
