QUESTION:
What have you noticed from the statements? What are the key differences
between truth and opinion?
I've noticed from the statements that the truth can be verified or
proven as a fact, while opinion is an expression of judgment or belief
about something. The primary difference between truth and opinion is
that truth is supported by facts and evidence of reality, while opinion is
rooted in emotions and is biased. Pieces of evidence are used to verify the
truth. On the contrary, there is no evidence to back up the opinion. Facts
explain what happened. Unlike an opinion, that represents a perception
about something. The truth explains what actually took place or occurred,
compared to an opinion that reflects a point of view of someone on
something. The truth is an objective statement, whereas an opinion is a
subjective statement.
