• What route you’re going to run, and how you’re going to measure the length of that route,
• I f you’re going to eat and drink on the run and if so, what are you going to fuel yourself with and
how often?
• W
hat clothes you’re going to be wearing on the run, how you’ll wear your hair so it doesn’t get
into your eyes.
I know it seems very granular, it seems meticulous and pedantic and completely over the top - but it
also allows you to be on the front foot and to not stress about these small details the night before your
run.
Below is a run list we’ve created for you to look at - it’s got some good prompts for you so that you can
make sure you're covered.
