EnP LORETO “Nonoy” VARGAS CABAYA, JR., MPA

Regional Director
Department of Social Welfare and Development
Koronadal City, South Cotabato

Dear RD Cabaya:

We hope this message finds you uninjured with a high level of self-esteem. We are
writing on behalf of the association, a non-stock and non-profit organization
dedicated to helping member families living in poverty.

It is with a sense of urgency and compassion that we seek your assistance in our
latest initiative. With the recent economic challenges worsened by the effect of
heat index (HI) phenomenon, sufficient association members are worried about
what food they could produce on their tables for their families.

Given the foregoing concerns, we have initiated a campaign to provide food

supplies, particularly rice, to these families who are going through significant
difficulty. We always regard rice to be an essential commodity in all Filipino
households. However, due to financial constraints, many of these families,
particularly our poor association members, are unable to purchase an adequate
supply of rice, threatening food shortages and malnutrition.

To fulfill this urgent need, we respectfully request the assistance of your esteemed
office in the form of a donation of 50 sacks of rice. Your generous contribution will
help us realize our goals of ensuring that no member of the association goes to
sleep hungry. With your assistance, we can make a significant difference in the
lives of the people who are most vulnerable and at the moment excluded from
society.

Finally, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for considering our
request. Your kindness and generosity have the power to bring hope and relief to
those who are struggling in our community. Together, we can make a difference
and create a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone.

Respectfully yours,

BOBBY D. CAPA, DBM, JD

Governor
Province of Cotabato
Amas, Kidapawan City

Dear Gov. Lala

We are writing on behalf of the association, a non-profit organization that fosters lasting
ties among our alumni and supports the community through a variety of programs.

We are thrilled to announce the impending alumni homecoming on July 27, 2024 with the
theme: A Moment to Remember, A Reason to Rejoice, A Commitment to Renew. The main feature of our
annual gathering is a raffle to persuade members to attend.

To make this event a resounding success, we are requesting your generous support by
donating one (1) 60-inch smart television to be awarded as the top prize in the aforementioned
raffle draws. Your contribution will not only increase interest and participation at our event, but
will also demonstrate your leadership's dedication to learning and community development.

In appreciation for your kind donation, we will be glad to offer the following
acknowledgements:

 Prominent logo placement: The Province of Cotabato logo, together with a life-size
picture of you, will be displayed at the venue's entrance.
 Event Day Recognition: A particular mention at the event to acknowledge your
contribution. We will promote the Provincial Government of Cotabato on our
social media platforms, emphasizing your support and collaboration.

Please contact us at (064) 572-9311 or capabobby1014@icloud.com if you have any

questions or need additional information.

Warm Regards,

Respectfully yours,
