Terms & Conditions

1. GST on supply will be extra as applicable and HSN code for supply items is “90329000” and
current tax Rate is 18%.
2. GST on Services will be extra as applicable and SAC code for service items is “998732” and
current tax Rate is 18%.
3. Being a small scope of works, retention and any kind of BG will not be applicable for this
order.
4. We have not considered cable, Tray, Earthing cable for these PB’s & same will be utilized
from existing supply.
5. Payments terms for Supply
• 90% against on dispatch material within 15 days of submission of invoice.
• 10% against receipt of material at site within 15 days of submission of invoice.
•
6. Payments terms for Services
• 90% against installation within 15 days of submission of invoice.
• 10% against Testing / Commissioning within 15 days of submission of invoice

7. Delivery period for valves will be 16 to 18 weeks from date of manufacturing clearance
8. Validity of this offer is 30 days from date of offer.
9. Warranty : 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from Supply, whichever is earlier.
10. Being small order value LD will not be applicable.
11. All other terms / condition are remain same as per exiting PO of IOCL Atchutapuram PO #

I. VALIDITY
Our offer is valid for consideration up to 30 days from the date of quotation.

liable for loss of profit or revenues, cost of capital, cost of substitute components or any
associated equipment, or any special, consequential, indirect, punitive or exemplary
damages, or claims of Buyer's customers for any of the foregoing damages. The provisions
of this article shall prevail over any provisions contained in any of the documents
comprising the Contract.
