In a few minutes we will start the program. I would like to remind everyone to refrain from standing
and set your cellphone to silent mode as we go along the program.

A quote by Denis Waitley says, “Never become so much of an expert that you stop gaining
expertise. View life as a continuous learning experience.”

To our distinguished guests, our schools division superintendent, sir Bernardo A. Adina, our division
accountant, sir Belfran Jade A. Tan, our district supervisors, ma’am Alexandra N. Pelareja of Basey II
district and sir Felipe C. Dacut of Basey I district, our dear school heads, teachers, and non-teaching
personnel good morning and welcome to 2023 School MOOE Fund 2 nd Quarter Liquidation Day &
Orientation on the Opening of checking accounts.

I am Eden Z. Bayani, administrative officer II of Basey I Central Elementary School, and I am with
great honor to be given the opportunity to be your emcee this morning.

To start with, I would like to request everyone to stand for the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem through a multimedia presentation. And please do remain standing for a prayer to be
followed by DepEd Samar Hymn by an audio visual presentation as well.

Please be seated.

And to acknowledge the presence of our paraticipants, may we call in front the school head of Basey
II Central Elementary School, Ma’am Azil L. Homeres.

Thank you ma’am.

At this point, to affirm the significance of this event, let us welcome on stage a cool and supportive
Basey II District-In-Charge, ma’am Alexandra N. Peraleja, for her WELCOME ADDRESS.

Thank you for that warm welcome message ma’am.

And now to warm our hearts with hopeful words of inspiration, we may listen to our dynamic and
supportive schools division superintendent, sir Bernardo A. Adina.
Thank you sir.

At this juncture, ladies and gentlemen, may we have our district bookkeeper ma’am Cleah Caboboy
to give us some updates on the School MOOE Fund Downloading & Liquidation Status.

Thank you ma’am Cleah.

This time, may we request our SDS and division accountant to come in front for the awarding of
certificates to the top 5 school heads of Basey I & II districts.

Thank you sir Adina and sir Belfran. Congratulations school heads for the job well done.

At this point, kindly lend your ears and focus your attention to the orientation on the opening of
checking accounts to be discussed to us by our radiant and stunning division accountant, sir Belfran
Jade A. Tan.

Thank you sir.

And on behalf of sir Filipe C. Dacut, may we have ___________ for the closing remarks.

The art of beginning is great, but the art of ending is even greater. It is precise to acknowledge and
recognize all the working hands that made this event possible.

This is Eden Bayani, your lady of ceremony, leaves you with a saying that good things must come into
an end to give way to better things.

Thank you so much! And mabuhay!
