ABSTRACT

The "NUTRITIONIST" application revolutionizes healthcare by bridging the gap between

patients and medical professionals, providing a seamless and efficient platform for remote
consultations, medical advice, and personalized care. This innovative solution empowers users
to take control of their health by connecting them with a network of licensed doctors,
specialists, and healthcare experts. Through a user-friendly interface, patients can schedule
virtual appointments, share medical records, and engage in secure video consultations,
eliminating the need for physical visits and wait times. Doctors, on the other hand, can manage
their patient load, access medical histories, and provide personalized treatment plans, all
within a secure and HIPAA-compliant environment. The application's advanced algorithms and
machine learning capabilities enable intelligent matchmaking, ensuring that patients are
connected with the most suitable doctor for their specific needs. Additionally, MedConnect's
built-in analytics and reporting tools provide valuable insights into patient outcomes, treatment
efficacy, and population health trends, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved
healthcare outcomes. By facilitating timely, accessible, and high-quality care, MedConnect has
the potential to transform the healthcare landscape, improving patient satisfaction, reducing
healthcare costs, and enhancing the overall well-being of individuals and communities.

CHAPTER 1 : INTRODUCTION

o Improper guidance.
Some person give us improper guidance about exercise and dieting food. Also,
Internet hosts some incredibly useful useful health and fitness information, But it
also has some woefully bad advice, too. The problem is that it can be hard for
people to discern what’s helpful and what’s not.

o Lack of strict regulation.

Anyone can become a trainer. In general, there’s very little integrity, research and
education about exercise or its profession. This application will give you the extra
advice and suggestions given by the Professional trainers and doctors .

o Information, exercise techniques and exercise

There is a lot of misinformation about exercise and diet at the time. Here we have
come up with a solution that will inform your body about proper exercise & diet
and the information will be taken from experts. It will also teach you how to
exercise properly. This will help you to keep your body healthy .

CHAPTER 2 : INTRODUCTION TO THE TECHNOLOGIES

 Functional Requirements

o No authentication : There is a reason why the authentication has not been

included in this application. This is simply done to ensure that the functionality
of the application is quickly accessible to the user. Keep in mind the
functionality of the application, we needed not to include the authentication
feature. Look through the utility of this application. We do not require the
authentication because it is far from being misused.

o Daily exercise notes : The application registers your daily health & exercise and
offers everyday tasks. Everyday activities motivate you to exercise and improve your
health, and you can learn how to exercise every day.

o Guide manual : After Login into the welcome window, go to the home
window and you will find a lot of exercises. Then you select any one type of
exercise. Then by clicking on one of these you will be able to know about that
exercise and how to do it. You can also read about advantages and
disadvantages.

o GPS enabled : We have also added the GPS feature in this application
because the application notes your walking distance, walking step and also
cycling distance This application save data of your exercise.

o Exercise sessions : This application includes 1500 exercises which are

different parts of the body. Every Sunday there are many types of task which
gives you points, it also gives you a lot of benefits in improving your exercise .

Other functional requirements:

o Font style. (functional with respect to the business demand).
o The background colour for all application windows will be #FFFF00.
o The software system is integrated with a certain API.
o The health reports are updated every time a user starts using the
application.

These are the functional requirements, which might not be functional but are
surely operational. These are the requirements which are enabled to make sure
there is uniformity throughout the application in terms of branding and ease of
use.
