    Background

    Vision
    To build my own first home in a the superb of Al Oyainah 45km. North of
    Riyadh at a fart that should be regenerated and revived to give a true
    spirit of Najd, KSA bending in the magical landscape of Wadi Hanifah, that
    is curated by the mountains, valley, palm trees and mud house buildings
    and the culture around agriculture.

    1 Bedrooms All rooms are with in-suite toilet. One is the major bedroom with a room for clothes which can be separate with a connecting door 4

    Inspiration from the Environment

    1 Farming and agriculture area

    2 Landscape of Al Oyainah within Wadi Hanifah while the farm is located at the backdrop of the side Wadi Hanifa

    3 Colors from sandy landscape and other patters from mountains in the area

    4 Dim lighting across indoor & outdoor. No lights directed upward for outdoor

    5 Look and feel can take inspiration of building material that fits the farm experience (mud bricks, wood, palm tree fronds, sones small and
    large, robs). This can be used as enhancement features for a modern core & shell building
    6 Natural daylight as possible and applicable in the design

    7 Views to the farm from most angles no feature to block the other views like house, seating areas, pool etc
