Things I could watch/watched :

-The fault in our stars (Internet) → 8/10 : nice romance, very endearing, but broke my heart at the
end.

-Five feet apart (Internet) → 9/10 : heartbreaking but veeery cute romance (just be ready to cry your
life out at the end of it, and also in the middle).

-Miraculous Ladybug (Netflix) → 8.5/10 : attaching characters, feels like home, but veeery slow
development for romance and has a childish side.

-Vampire Diaries (Netflix) →10/10 : best series ever, love the romance plus the vampires and I’m in
love with Damon Salvatore and Elena Gilbert. Best ships : Klaroline (Klaus+Caroline), Delena
(obviously), Sterine (Stefan+Katherine), Matt Donovan aka the immortal human+Rebekah.
Stefan+Lexi would have been great too, it’s just a shame they didn’t develop it. Alaric
Saltzman+Jenna Gilbert are also so cool with each other I love them.

-H2O, just add water (Netflix)

-Gilmore Girls (Netflix)

-Zero Chill (Netflix) → 5/10 : started out alright (sports romance, drama and all that) but I just
spoiled myself (again) and after that it just wasn’t so attractive to me anymore.

-Surviving Summer (Netflix) → like the characters (wish I could be like Summer), and the
opposites attract romance. Short episodes though, but all the characters are endearing and all.
Summer and Ari end up dating, even though Summer almost kissed Bax (Ari’s ex’s brother), who…
wouldn’t have been against it. Very surfy (sports romance), and lots of stunning landscapes.

-XO, Kitty (Netflix) → 4/10 : watched the first episode but spoiled myself and the romance isn’t
going like I would want it to. Not heart-rate-accelerating romance enough at all, and kinda boring
tbh. Sorry. (like To all the boys, kinda, to be honest.)

-My life with the Walter boys (Netflix) → 9/10 : amazing show too, with once again a brotherly
love triangle. It kinda looks like TSITP, but it has enough differences for it to be still interesting.
The 0.5 point less is because it focuses a bit on another love story, the love interests’ brother’s, that I
found less interesting. It’s about Jackie, a girl that just lost her parents and sister, I think, in a car
accident. She’s the perfect student, engaging in a lot of extracurricular activities. She moves to her
mom’s bff’s house, with a looot of boys, including the two love interests : Cole (popular, « Cole
effect ») and Alex. Alex and Jackie end up dating, but Cole and Alex fight not only for Jackie but
for Paige, a girl that was with Alex and Cole kissed without knowing (actually, Paige came to kiss
Cole). The night of the oldest brother Will’s marriage, Jackie and Cole end up making out in the
barn while Alex is asleep. In the morning, Jackie left the house and is in a plane to probably go back
to living in NY, with her uncle (and Danny, Cole’s twin, who is going to live in NY for school), and
that’s the end of season 1. The Walter parents have money problems and seriously think about
selling their house till the last episode where we can guess that Will Sentimental details : Cole fixed
a tea pot that broke and meant a lot to Jackie (« Nothing is so broken that it can’t be fixed »), he
calls her NY and said : « I won’t break my brother’s heart again [reference to Paige], but… I can’t
not want you ».

-The summer I turned pretty (Amazon Prime) →9.5/10 : sooo amazing, I read the books before but
the characters are super, even the « side characters » like Belly’s brother Steven that ends up with
Taylor, her BFF, in season 2. The love triangle of Belly, Conrad <3 and Jeremiah is awesome (I love
brotherly love triangles). I ship Belly with Conrad. It also feels real. In the end of season 2, Belly
picks Jeremiah after Conrad told her he still loved her. At the end of S1, Connie and Belly still
aren’t together officially because of Jere but they know they like each other and have kissed. We
learn all about their relationship’s development through flashbacks all along S2. Love detail :
Connie and Belly keep passing each other a necklace with the infinite symbol that meant a lot in
every step of their relationship.

-True blood

-Roswell, New Mexico

-It’s okay not to be okay (Netflix) → 9.5/10, amazing series (my first Korean!), the characters are
all super relatable to and endearing. It’s the love story of a child’s book author who doesn’t really
believe in love and pushes people away, and a caretaker who won’t stop moving away to protect his
older brother who has an autistic « disorder ». They both have dark histories and fall in love despite
all odds : the control freak caretaker and the impulsive author. Even the side characters we don’t
like at first have interesting back stories and there are several unexpected links between the
characters. We learn about their (mutual) pasts through flashbacks.
