The Hospital Administrator plans, directs and coordinates medicine and health
services in the hospital. They direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of
medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other staff.
Along with this, they also plan, implement and administer programs and
services including human resource administration, training, and coordination
of medical, nursing and physical plant staff. One of the key responsibilities of
Hospital Administrators is to monitor the use of diagnostic services, inpatient
beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assesses the

A Hospital Administrator plans departmental activities, evaluates hospital

employees, creates and maintains policies, helps develop procedures for medical

Basically, a Hospital Administrator is responsible for day to day running of the

Program Details
An OTT assists a surgeon during an operation. They handle all pre, intra and post
surgery duties in an operation theatre. They transport and prepare a patient for
the procedure, prepare the operation theatre and manage surgical equipments.
During an operation, the OTT technicians are considered to be the right hand of
the surgeon.
