Commissioning step
1.手动测试各个设备
Test every equipment
In manual mode
打开整流器的柜门，闭合右上角的开关给系统上电。
闭合电动机控制柜左下角的开关，给电动机控制柜上电。
将系统控制柜面板上的LOCAL-0-REMOTE按钮向LOCAL侧旋转一下，点击MANUAL,
输入密码1.
Open Rectifier’s doors, switch on the breaker in right top corner to power on BWTS.
Switch on lower left corner in motor control cabinet to power on motor control cabinet.
Turn LOCAL-0-REMOTE switch in system control cabinet to
LOCAL side. Click “SET”– “MANUAL”– input password “1” to jump to manual page.

点击按钮给流量计送
电并对流量计进行设
置。设置指导文件见
视频一。
注意：本船流量计的
A4.3应设置成
5000m3/h.
Click FTXX button to

该阀门的压缩空气已经
接入，将空气压力调至
5bar。
在控制输入框输入一个
开度，开度显示框会
显示相应的开度值。
PV201 EDU inlet valve

Before test, ensure supply
5 bar compressed air for this
valve.
Input 25 in SET box. And observe if PV201 actual open in 25%, meanwhile
valve feedback if show 25%. And then test 50%, 75%, 100%
Test EDU outlet valve PV202 and AFU outlet valve PV001 with same way.
Blower
EDU风机电源按钮。
调试时一人负责点击该
按钮，另一个负责在风机
本地检查风机是否上电和
风机的转向。
同时按钮右上角的指示灯
应该变成绿色。AP21-1
也应该变成绿色，
否则需要调节风压开关。
若AP21-1无法变绿，使用
下一页的方法进行调试。
Click the button,

Observe the blower if
powered on and check
the direction of it.
At the same time, the indicator light in the upper right corner of the button
should turn green. AP21-1 should also turn green,
Otherwise, the air pressure switch needs to be adjusted.
If AP21-1 fails to turn green, use methods on the next page to adjust.
If the direction of A blower is wrong, power off and exchange 7BN 4 and 5.
If the direction of B blower is wrong, power off and exchange 7BN 7 and 8.

更接近上方黑色的限位开关

海水升压泵电源按钮。
上电前一定要进行手动盘
车，检查泵有无卡阻现象。
确保管路有水的情况下，
一人负责点击该按钮，
右上角的指示会变成绿色。
另一人在海水升压泵本地
观察泵是否启动并检查
泵的转向。
Booster pump button.

Before powering on, be sure to perform a manual disk, check whether the pump is
blocked or not.
Make sure that there is water in the pipe line, One person is responsible for clicking
the button, the indicator in the upper right corner will turn green.
Another person at sea water booster pump locally observe if the pump starts and
check rotate direction of the pump.
过滤器排污泵电源按钮。

Filter sewage pump button.

turn green. Another person at the dosing pump locally observe if the pump starts and

Metering pump
在确保中和罐里有水的情况下，打开计量泵进口阀，按照以下方法对中和单元进行调试。
Ensuring that there is water in the neutralization tank, open the inlet valve
of the metering pump, and adjust the neutralization unit according to the following
methods
关闭下图中的两个阀门
Close below two blue valve
第一步：以60Hz启动计量泵，用螺丝刀
调节该阀门，使得压力表的读数为4bar
左右。
第一步：当第一步完成后，立即打开
上页图中的两个蓝色阀门。然后用螺丝
刀调节该阀门，使得压力表的读数为2
bar左右。
Step 1: Start the metering pump at
60Hz, use a screwdriver
Adjust the valve until the pressure
gauge reads 4 bar about.
Step 2: When the first step is completed

, open the two blue valves in the picture
on the previous page immediately
. then use screwdriver adjust the valve
until the pressure gauge reads 2
bar
二、自动压载测试
测试前需要根据Operational
Manual的Page20，
打开彩色管路上的手动阀门.
找一根线将1BN33与1BN89连上
Ballasting test
Before testing, according to Operational Manual Page20,
Open the manual valves on the colored line.
And find a cable connect 1BN33 and 1BN89.
点击“启动”，会观察到
PV001阀门打开75度。
风机自动启动。此时屏幕
顶部显示“压载泵反馈等
待中”
，启动压载泵，PV001
会自动调节主管路流量
至2800m3/h
压载泵启动后，海水升压泵EQ04和加药泵EQ14会交替启
动，
PV201阀门会自动控制EDU流量值FT21到36m3/h。加药泵
EQ14和阀门PV202会控制LT21的值在一个稳定的值。
当FT21的值>32m3/h
LT21的值<400
加药泵有运行信号
（EQ14为绿色）
风压开关有信号
（绿色）
以上四个条件具备后，
整流器会开始输出电流
10分钟后可能看到TRO1
的数值
Click “START” button.
PV001 will open 75%
Blower started, then

Start one ballast,
PV001 will control
FT01 to 2800m3/h
After ballast pump start, EQ04 booster pump and EQ14

dosing pump will start automatically
PV201 will control FT21 to 36m3/h. EQ14 and PV202 will
control LS21 to a stable value.

LT21<400mm
EQ14 is green
AP21-1 is green
Above four items are

ok, rectifier will start
to work.
After 10 min, we can

See TRO1 value.
三、自动排载测试
测试前根据Operational Manual的
22页的流程图打开相应的阀门
De-ballasting test
Before testing, according to Operational
Manual Page22,
Open the manual valves on the colored line.
排载测试前需要配置中和溶液，加入40cm淡水，
然后放入5袋硫代硫酸钠，在中和单元接线箱面板上
启动搅拌器，搅拌10分钟。
Neutralization solution needs to be prepared before the de-ballast test,

add 40cm of fresh water, then put 5 bags of sodium thiosulfate.
Start the stirrer on the ANU junction box panel and blend for 10 minutes.
Click the start button,
then start Ballast Pumps,
Observe Metering Pumps
Whether the outlet pressure is
about 2bar
