Check engine oil level
Fuel water trap & drain
Fuel tank contaminate trap & drain
Air intake , inspect
Coolant level check
Radiator inspect ,clean if necesarry
3 Power transmision
Transmission oil level check ( oil warn & neuttral at idle)
Trasmision mount inspect
Drive shaft ,coupling U joints ,inpect
Upper lower drive shaft yoke or splines lubricate
Clutch pedal shaft ,lubricate
Clutch slave cylinder ,lubricate 2 fitting
Clutch slave cylinder free play adjust & check
Clutch master cylinder reservoir oil level check
Pump drive shaft yoke ,lubricate
Final drive oil level, check
Tandem oil level,check
Tandem sleeve trust plate, lubricate
All wheel drive gearbox drive shaft spline ,lubricate
All wheel drive gearbox oil level, check
4 Brakes
Oil disc brake oil level, check
Brake pedal shaft ,lubricate
Brake line hose & fitting ,check
5 Steering
Lubricate front axle main pivot pin bushing
Lubricate tie bar bearings
Lubricate front axle king pin bushings
Lubricate wheel lean cylinder bearing
Lubricate front axle leaning wheel pivot pin bushing
Lubricate steering cylinder inboard bearing
Lubricate All Wheel Drive (AWD) motor (Option)
Lubricate drawbar ball stud
front wheel toe in, check & adjust
Steering drag link, check
Froning axle pivot bearing preload , check/adjust
6 Frame & wheels
Main frame structure check for cracks and wear
Tire,check pressure
Wheel rims bolts, check & tigtening torque
wheel bearing preload,check/adjust
Articulate cylinder ,lubricate
7 Cab
Cab, door ,ROPS, mounting bolts, check & inspect
Air conditioning, check function
Cab fresh filter, check & clean ( replace if necesarry)
8 Hydraulic system,attachment and grading unit
circle turn cylinder and crank bearing,lubricate
circle turn valve driveshaft bearing,lubrictae
blade lift cylinder ball pins,lubrictae
circle shift cylinder beearing,lubricate
blade shift cylinder bearings,lubrictae
mouldboard tilt cylinder bearings,lubricate
Attachments mounting bolts,inspect
Attachment function test /check wear or damage
Hydraulic system oil level check
Hydraulic oil cooler ,check & clean
Hydraulci system leaks, check
Hydraulic cylinder & hoses ,condition
Circle and circle timing ,check/adjust
Circle top ,clamp and guide bearing,inspect surfaces
Stirrup & shaft ,lubricate
Stirrup bearings ,check /adjust
Moldboard slinding surfaces, inspect
