    Sub: Final Reminder Notice for payment of overdue EMI amount

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Under the instructions from our Client HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED, Radhika, Second
    Floor, Near, Netaji Rd, opposite Mayor's House, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009 also
    known as “HDBFS” (hereinafter referred to as “our Client”), we do hereby serve you this legal
    notice as under.

    1. That, you have availed the Loan of Rs. 15000/- Agreement dated 1/19/2024 using the NIRA application as
    per the terms and conditions specified in the Loan Agreement.
    2. That, you agreed to pay timely/regular EMI’s as per the terms of the Loan Agreement, however, you have
    failed to honour the covenants of the Agreement and have made continuous and concurrent defaults.
    3. Despite repeated follow ups and notices, you have been unresponsive and/or failed to honour your
    contractual obligations with outstanding dues. Your EMI/Overdue amount as on 3/26/2024 is Rs. 12652/-.
    4. That, you are humbly called upon to pay the Outstanding dues within a period of 48 hours from the date of
    receipt of this notice.
    5. It is to be noted that you may be further liable to pay penalty and other applicable charges as per the
    Agreement along with the costs incurred. In the event of failure to repay the aforementioned dues, my
    client shall be constrained to initiate Civil as well as Criminal proceedings, as the case may be, against you
    before the appropriate court of law holding you responsible for all costs and consequences which you may
    kindly note.
