    Providing and fixing quality company make (PRINCE/ASTRAL or equivalent) pipes of required dia. Removing the old pipes, stacking
    and disposing and fixing in position new Prince PVC pipes in line and level including fittings viz., bends, tees, single/double Y junctions on
    walls, sealing the joints, filling the holes, curing etc work all to confirm to the specifications of respective items and/ or as directed by on
    site Engineer to the entire satisfaction of the owners and the engineer. Rates include labor, material, tools and tackles, scaffolding, etc and
    all the taxes.

    1) Payment : 30% mobilisation advance, 30% against material delivery, 30% work in progress, balance 10% upon works completion.

    2) Water, electricty & storage space for material will be provided by society free of cost.

    3) Final bill will be prepared per actual repaired area (joint measurements).

    4) Rate validity for 3 months. No rate revision/change once the work order issued.

    5) Taxes extra, as applicable.
